I am not from Reno and I have gone to Port of Subs every day for lunch and have not been disappointed. The staff was fun to be around and very helpful. Give those those lunchtime crew members a raise. They made me feel at home, while I was away from home.

Catering order was awesome! We hosted an event at the Reno Air Races spanning 4 days and picked up catering from here each morning. It was a wonderful experience! I placed the orders online, then I called the store to ask for minor changes and it all went extremely well! We ordered 6ft party subs of all kinds over the 4 days and everyone really enjoyed them! We got the condiments on the side which worked great for our group. I highly recommend ordering these subs for your next lunch time catering event! Enjoy!

Terrible customer service, rude employees, and the owner has an absolutely disgusting attitude. The food tastes horrible, and all of it is just made in a microwave. The attitudes on top of terrible food are not worth making the trip there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I probably would. First off service is below par second the bread was so hard I could have knocked out a window if I tried to with it. When I went in to order I was the first person in line ready to order and then someone approached the he register with a to go order the man just left me standing there to take the to go order that had came in after me. Then ad he was making my sandwich I could see that the bread would be a little dry but I had no idea that it would be so hard it could be used as a weapon also. Needless to say I won't be returning to that location

I'm a teacher and ordered some sandwiches for my team of students for their end of year celebration. There was some slight miscommunication from order to pick up wherein I ordered sandwiches for 105 students, but when I went to pick up there were only 45 sandwiches. I panicked, but the management pulled through and quickly made more sandwiches so I had 120 in time for the student luncheon which was in 20 minutes. It was phenomenal service and I was so grateful!
