The service at this location is always top notch. Annie, Josh and Tammy always have our order ready when we call it in and usually never have to wait. The value of having a quick turnaround when you are feeding 4 kids is the best and the crew at this location is always top notch. Plus I have very picky kids that if their sandwiches arent made correctly, their won't eat it and this is the only location that I have found that takes the time to make sure my kids needs are met. I have never had attitude or problems with anyone there even when I am being a pain in the butt.

Port of subs has always been my favorite sandwich in this area out of all the sandwich shops. But the port of subs in Galena is a cut above the rest. The store is always clean. The employees are always friendly and the service has always been really good.

After twenty years, I am ready to give my full review of Port of Subs. Not once, ever, have I received a bad sandwich. There have been the occasional error or omission, but it's always minor (ig: regular mustard vs spicy mustard). Port of Subs continues to be our favorite sandwich shop, even amidst the onslaught of gourmet and niche shops.

Of all the port of subs in Reno, this is the cleanest, friendliest one. The staff is always top notch and you can tell they work well as a team and take pride in their work….it makes going to other port of subs a real let down after visiting this one!

We just stopped in here at 12:45 on August 3rd, and NO ONE HELPED US! So we left. One guy was finishing a sandwich, but two women came out of the back at different times, looked right at us, ignored us, and walked away. They weren't helping anyone else or actually doing anything - just hiding in the back. In the time we were there my kids had time to wander over and pick out their chips, and I was clearly ready to order staring back at these people. Not a word of help! We don't spend money at places with lazy employees that treat customers like crap. Good luck with that business model.

This is the best Port of Subs in the Reno/Sparks region, hands down! Bread is always soft and fresh, same goes for the meats and veggies. Staff is always super friendly, attentive, and works hard. Store has always been clean even with the nearby high school kid lunch rush. During lunch rush, it goes without saying, there's always a big line. But this crew get through it quick so don't be dismayed by that. Will definitely be back...soon.
