I love schnitzel. And gurkensalat. I had been thinking about their schnitzel sammy all day, and it did not disappoint. And the serving size... I've got lunch for tomorrow The gurkensalat is dilly perfection and refreshing, and frankly... it's better than my recipe. Mad respect I had the Prost 75 cocktail with Empress Gin to go with my meal, and it was delicious. Erica is a wonderful mixologist. Come see her! Also, the music they had on was most excellent, mix of bluegrass and folk/rock. Good atmosphere, clean, and bomb food. Can't recommend enough

Visited Prost after a Yelp event, so we could get the whole experience, and was not disappointed. First off, we picked the perfect February day when we could sit outside on their patio. It was delightful. People had their pooches with them (water bowls supplied), and the beer was cool and refreshing in the warm sun. It was definitely German beer and even came in the glasses I remember from Germany. It was the food that was amazing though! My husband and I decided to share our two plates, and both of us were happy we did. I got the wiener schnitzel with spatzle and it was amazing. The schnitzel was light and flavorful and the spatzle was even better than what my German host mom had served me when I was an exchange student. Don't even get me started on the red sauerkraut which was sweet and tangy and definitely craveable. We also got a variety of wurst with two different types of mustard. We ended up having to take those home because the schnitzel and spatzle was too filling, but they were also sooo good.

Being of German ancestry, I know my German food, and Prost is for real. The schnitzel and spatzle was awesome!!! It is as good as any I had in Germany. The flavors, the pillow like texture of the spatzle has me wanting more. We also had their sausage sampler and each one was so unique and delicious. The sauerkraut was great as well. The red cabbage with the schnitzel was sweet without being cloying. The service was so inviting and we were greeted with a smile and that helped set the mood. Sitting outdoors in February was a treat as well. Everything about the experience was one that will make us come back again and again.

Great space and love the bench tables! I could see this being a really incredible spot to spend time with friends around the table

Great vibe (despite being in a strip mall) and service! Food is fantastic and tons of unexpected Gluten-free options! The menu didn't say specifically except to ask about GF options. I expected to get a sausage without a bun and some sort of potato. They have a good GF hamburger bun and cut the sausage so it fits. Tots are GF too. And they even have GF schnitzel! I'll say the best ever as in all my travels I've never found another place that does GF schnitzel. Totally worth it

A great little place by the Atlantis that's located in the shopping center across the street. Food is good and beer selection is perfect as a German beer lover. No other beer offerings which some may not be ok with some; live a little. Highly recommend that you try this place for something different. A reasonable value too.

Service was excellent. Food was great and what a surprise how tasty the curry tater tots were, nice and crispy too.

This is the second time coming here. I was at the elite party and had some bites of a few items and wanted to come back and bring my husband to try it. We walked in and a young lady told us to pick a seat and they would be with us in a moment. Another lady came and asked us if we would like to order drinks. My husband picked a beer and I told the waitress what I liked and she gave me a suggestion then asked if I wanted a sample. Her suggestion was spot on. The waitress also gave suggestions on the menu. Everything was really good. One thing I really liked is the waitress took our order without writing it down and she was right on everything. Impressive! I am hard of hearing and their music was just loud enough that I could hear it but not so loud that I couldn't hear my husband talking.

Fantastic beer and yummy, unique cocktails. Great place to hang out. Did not try the food but what we saw going by looked really yummy so we will be back to eat (and drink some more) soon!

Not many German places around, so it's pretty cool. The drinks our great but the food is not for me. Snitzel was dry with out the sauce. I'm allergic to garlic so I can't have the suace. Service is great!

My wife and I popped in today and I've gotta say I'm quite impressed. Coming from a German family, the food we had was very much German. We had the Schnitzel and a pretzel. The schnitzel is a traditional pork schnitzel or Schweineschnitzel and it was absolutely perfect. The pretzel also had the perfect chewy and moist texture that reminded me of that homemade German bread from my childhood. I didn't expect the fries to be special, but the truffle salt made them stand out and they were delicious. The layout is quite open and feels welcoming. The service was also great, the server / bar tender was very attentive and friendly. The best part though, is the imported German beer on tap. I'll certainly be back to try the wurst.
