Food/drink wise, so so. They are not Taiwanese. So don't expect to get authentic boba here.Service wise, If I can give negative stars I will give them -10!!!I have never seen a store was SO DUMB. My drink was ready and but the two orders before me weren't. then the old lady in the store yelled and said I should not get my drink because the drinks before me were not ready. I was like what? Then why you made my drink first and let my ice melted? Absolutely impolite and dumb. Also wasting customers time. I waited like 15 mins. There are so many boba places in town. I would never come here again.

Super happy to be able to get my matcha latte without added sugar! It was great and nice not to skip out on a drink because usually it's too sweet. My daughter liked her mango with boba and has requested to go back.

We were visiting and stopped by RareTea to get some boba drinks. Jasmine tea and Thai milk tea were the best. On the photo it looks pretty dark but when you mix it it becomes pink. That was one of the best boba teas I tried. By the way we sat inside for over an hour playing board games. Very friendly service. We loved it.

Today was my 1st experience with Raretea and I'm still reflecting on how amazing the experience was. The atmosphere was calming and I was immediately greeted with a, "Welcome in". I was meeting some of my roller derby teammates and sharing in some team building activities, and we were graciously accepted. The tea was absolutely perfect and watching the process was a treat. I had the black tea with Oreo. I'm excited to share my experience and hope to return again soon.
OH MY GOSHH!!, coming from an Sf native boba girly , this was one real good matcha latte ,I came here to Reno as a holiday break and checked out this boba spot was near my hotel, and it was amazing , loved the service but felt sad there was only one worker working ringing up customers and also making drinks at the same time , but she def deserved a raise , bc this drink was so good I don't remember how much it was but Im pretty sure 7$ Including boba was in total

I actually really enjoy the boba here, it gives a real taste of what it is in bigger cities like Vegas and Sacramento. The inside is spacious, however parking is somewhat in an odd layout. One negative is their hours do seem to vary. Two days ago I was trying to get some boba around 7:45 p.m and they already had their "open" sign off. I get that it can be slow, but if you're set to close at 8 p.m, you should close then, not before. Other than that, I love the boba and really recommend this place!

Best boba place in Reno! I've become a regular here and each time I come, I always leave happy! All the drinks that I've tried have been consistently well-made, but my favorite is the Strawberry Berry Snow Cream! It's a refreshing but creamy drink blended with real strawberries! The entire staff is very friendly too! Ruth, the owner, even remembers my name and drink order every visit! She takes great care of the space too, making sure that the work area and the seating area are clean. I also appreciate that it isn't too loud in there. It's the only boba place that I would feel focused studying in. Cheers to RareTea!
