Very slow service. All of the times I've come here is at night and every time the workers are clearly unmotivated. I can overhear them complaining about work. They're sluggish when it comes to cleaning- they purposefully leave tables uncleaned in order to close "on time" and avoid customers from sitting down. It's so unsanitary and could be easily avoided if they kindly ask customers that they're no longer doing dine-in at a certain time so everything is all clean by the end of their shift.

I love Round table pizza! There bread sticks are by far the best from any pizza parlor. I wish they were open a little later though, specially being located right in the outskirts of Reno NV .

the pizza is good fresh but for the price is it anything special? not sure any better then domino's if its its 2.5 to 3times the price they are on the decline with all quality private only shops opening its just matter of time it good pizza but for the price there is much better available

We ordered the pizzas over the phone so they would be ready for our group of 12 They failed to tell us there was an additional charge for ordering over the phone. My husband arrived early and they removed the additional charge. The pizzas were delivered on time. They were excellent. The only complaint is that the tables and floor were filthy dirty. After the girl wiped the tables they were still dirty with particles of food. The floor had chunks of food and scapes of paper. When they delivered the plates for the food several plates still had food on them. They did quickly replace them. Overall we enjoyed the pizza but I almost took two stars away for the filthy conditions.

Been eating at this location since it was an ice cream parlor in the early 80's. Round Table's food was good and the service was exemplary.

I went there to get 2 sodas. The line was 10 people long. I was 2nd in line. The only cashier was answering the phone instead of serving the customers in line. It was 15 to 20 minutes until I was called to the counter. I know besides the walk-in traffic, they have phone-in orders from the hotel where their store is. They need to have a person designated to take call-orgers.

I typically enjoy Round Table Pizza at home. I've been to this location in the Grand Sierra Resort before and decided to give them another try last night. Pizza was good. It was fresh and hot, though a bit skimpy on the toppings, hence only four stars. Service was friendly. I was particularly impressed by the young man out front. We sat in the dining room, which was clean, and I could hear his interactions with other patrons. He was friendly and pleasant towards everyone.

If you want free refills on soda avoid this round table. They told me because of COVID they are no longer offering free refills, so I said can't you just use a new cup? They said no. I will never come back. The best round table is on Mae Ann.

They take hella long to take orders and to even bring the food out! The line hasn’t moved in like 10 minutes Only offered 2 types of sodas Bc everything was down. Still waiting on my food and it’s been 45 minutes.
