Worst pizza slice I have experienced in a long time. Pizza slice was burnt black on the bottom and around the edges.

The guy that was the cashier charged tips on the price. He hust throw the receipt away so we won't see that they charge. When I asked to reprint the receipt, he said he doesn't know how to reprint it and that he doesn't know which receipt is in the garbage can.

Absolutely terrible. Went to pick up an order they said they thought I wasn’t coming and cancelled it. It took literally 30 minutes to make an order of cheesy bread. They kept telling me “10 more minutes” 3 times. Literally 3 times. They should have just been honest about the time and I would have left. What a waist.

So cam here for lunch. Pizza came our fast. But my issues is we had to yell our Oder to the cashier cuz he had her headphones in each ear. The I was the pizza cook scratch his head and then not wash his hands and start making more pizza. I am sry that is bad.

the food is always super good (maybe not always…) but the staff is just so rude, every single time im at the mall with my friends we gotta debate if the food is worth being treated horrible (we always get it anyway, its some good f****n pizza)
Staff looked like they hated life, one employee was wearing a clown mask. Food was quick and hot, but, the guy in the clown mask was kind of a j*** to the lady behind me.

Don't order online. Food was all drenched. They didnt put in the sauce i bought. They could've done a better job at using better containers for delivery!! They can't refund I have to go through Google They said. Waste of money. Here I spent over $60 with delivery over $78. Not good now we can't have half the food because it's all over inside the plastic bag drenched!!!

Not a reliable restaurant. Canceled our order the last minute. We ordered online, paid in full. My family waiting hungry at home. They delayed the order first and canceled it all 10 minutes later. Said they refunded, I have not seen the credit yet.
