Normally, I have no issues. But today I got a chicken sandwich instead of the cheeseburger that I ordered. I was in a hurry, so I didn't go back and I ate the chicken sandwich.Also, while not at this location yet, at other locations, when I ask for extra sauce packages, it seems about 50% of the time I don't get them.Now, don't get me wrong, I love Sonic! It's just a small issue as far as i'm concerned.I recommend ?

I waited at the drive up window for almost 10 minutes. When I finally got someone to come to the window and talk to me, they passed off the extreme weight as they were waiting for my sandwich to cook. Yet they served multiple people behind me in line, and didn't really seem to care less that I had been waiting a ludicrous amount of time for a chicken slinger sandwich. If this is fast food, next time I'll kill it and cook it myself.

The man that handles the drive-thru is LAZY!!! My Route 44 cherry limeade was nothing but ice, so I asked for it to be remade with less ice, and the man poured out the ice, and I swear he filled it up with diet Sprite. I should've just asked for a refund if I knew he didn't care about the customers. Worse cherry limeade I ever had...??? I'll be going to other Sonics from now on.
Be warned...Sonic gets all the advertising at Nevada basketball games for their free sonic blast but doesn't honor the game ticket. At the game, fans are told they have two days to redeem. Their employees just refused to honor it and I was told that the policy was changed to 24 hours. Never going back!

We always wait so long in line here, but their drinks were good. Today, the loooooongest wait ever! Finally, get to the window and the unsweetened peach tea had no ice in it and was water with a hint of peach in it. I asked if i could get a cup of ice. She gives me the ice and the shake. The shake was pure liquid. She said that she'd remake the shake, then came back and said they're out of ice cream. Asked what other drink we wanted and gives us a small drink. Never refunded me the money we paid for a shake. 2 cars behind us left the line. Well we should have too! Waited 35 minutes for two drinks and both were awful. Will never go back again!
