I came in to meet a coworker to talk about work. It is quite small on the inside, so there were space for only 4-5 tables. I wanted to order beforehand on the Starbucks app and pick up in the store, but for some reason the app did not give me that option, only drive thru. The app definitely needs to be updated because there was a counter for online pickup orders.I got the white hot chocolate in a grande. It was not too sweet and kept me warm! The drink was made within 10 minutes, but I did not hear my name being called so I had to look up every so often to see if it was ready.

I’ve only been here twice! My first experience was horrible as the staff ignored me and no one bothered to serve me so I walked out and went further when I live right across the street. HOWEVER… If Nik is going to be there, so will I! He’s absolutely amazing and gives great customer service! He was smiling and just excited and a breath of fresh air! Thank you Nik! I see supervisor or manager somewhere in your future! Especially if you’re making everyone feel as great as I do! Merry Christmas!

I like patronizing business that take care of their Employees. Giving them health insurance is on the right track. Is $5.00 to much for coffee? Yes it is. But giving them health insurance makes up for that and the Employees always have a smile and are always going the extra mile to make me happy. Paying for that is always worth the price. This Starbucks is always a pleasure to visit! My team and I usually come in on monthly meetings days but I try to support as much as possible. I came in last Thursday morning to grab myself a treat before work because why not. Upon walking in the staff was so welcoming and made me feel like a superstar. I mean a greeting from everyone working behind the counter. Like where they do that at?! Anywho got my usual sausage and cheddar sandwich and strawberry açaí lemonade refresher with peach juice and everything was perfect. I just wanted to shout out all the staff working on that day for starting my day of great with kindness and excellent customer service. This is not easy to come by in most establishments but glad to see Starbucks continuing to show the quality of their work and staffing. Keep up the great work team! I'll be back!

The worst and slowest Starbucks in town. If you’re hoping to stop by the drive thru for a quick pick-me-up, you better have 30-45 minutes available to sit in line. If your business is going to have a drive thru, you need to master the art of efficiency. I’ve been to many other Starbucks in Reno/Sparks and never had such slow service as the one on Northtowne.

They keep changing the layout of this store. I don't go here too often, but every time I'm surprized to see it has chqnged. Almost no electrical plugs this time so I'll be coming here less often I guess.Today I found a part of a sugar packet in my drink. No problems with my drink this morning at another location.
