The longest wait for a cup of coffee I have ever experienced. Half the staff working hard and half appeared to be just hanging out. Don’t just walk in here unless you have 20 minutes to kill waiting on one cup of coffee. Order ahead.

Walked in thinking it was faster and I’m sitting here waiting for my food as she’s throwing food out the window and making me wait. I got to get out of here I’m time sensitive I got to get to work and she’s gone through five cars with food and she served them before me.

I came here on a Sunday when there was hardly anyone in line. As I got there, an employee was kind of rude on the line. Then, I asked if they had cream cheese, and she said no. I looked online, and it clearly stated that it was available. I believe her name was rosslyn or something like that. If I see her working, then I will not go there. She has been there multiple times while I have been there, and she is not polite.

The guy with the long red hair is probably the rudest person I have ever met. I went through the drive through and forgot to order a Danish at the order mic and asked when I got to the window. Apparently that was a big problem for him. Obviously he was having a bad day but don't take it out on customers. And obviously you hate your job so just go work somewhere else.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, first of all we spend 40-70$ a week at THIS SPECIFIC location, so we know what we get. This particular morning the coffee tasted burnt, or bitter. It had a horrrible after taste that me nor my girlfriend could stomach. I went back the first time and the girl was happy to replace it (not without some attitude though) then the 2nd coffee tasted even worse, and when I went back a 3rd time this EXTREMELY RUDE female tried to explain to me that we didn't get syrup in it so it tasted bitter, but we get the same thing every morning so I know what their black coffee tastes like. So I simply asked for a vanilla cream nitro brew, then I look up and every single employee is rolling their eyes and giving me dirty looks. Then said employee that helped me the third time slammed the wrong coffee down again, I asked if I could get the vanilla cream with the nitro brew, and in front of me she poured half of the coffee out and poured 2% in, then proceeded to keep giving me this horrible attitude in front of my 2 year old daughter. Needless to say I nor any of my family will ever come back to this location. The customer service was just appalling, I've never been treated so poorly just because I wanted a new coffee.

the workers here are so unprofessional and un-accommodating. I had just ordered a drink and totally forgot about the BOGO Thursday reward. I asked very nicely if it would still work to get my sister who was with me, a drink after I just ordered my own coffee. The worker had an attitude and said of course not as if it was a silly question. After I left to go back to my seat, my sister stayed waiting for her drink, and noticed this employee proceed to talk how stupid it was for me to ask about the BOGO because i ordered "just an americano" and then proceeded to talk badly about me in front of my face. Apparently even if you're a rewards member, some drinks are just too simple to deserve another. Not only was this slightly hurtful but I expect better customer service from a chain business that i frequently give my business too. This is probably for the best, because i can make my modest americanos in the comfort of my home, and if i'm feeling like my palate needs a bit of excitement, I will be taking my business to dutch bros from now on; where the workers do not gossip about their customers (or at least in front of them). Starbucks you have a lot of nerve. So disappointed and embarrassed and will not be coming back. Not to mention my sister was anticipating tasting the new pumpkin chai but disappointedly it tasted like New York sewer water, probably cause it was made with hate.

I always have a pleasant experience at Starbucks. This location does have a problem with flower petals blowing inside and all over the place. But they were on it and sweeping them up when I was there. It's a smaller building so not too many places to sit. Other than that, it's pike any other Starbucks experienceParking: Not many parking spots available, but there was several open spotsWheelchair accessibility: Does have disabled parking and ramp availability

This starbucks is usually great! However, today I ordered a drink with sugar free syrup for a friend and the employees disregarded the sticker on the drink and just made it normal with regular sugar syrup. Usually this wouldn't be a problem but for a diabetic it's a catastrophe. People's preferences, allergies etc., absolutely need to be taken seriously. Starbucks was usually a place I could trust in regards to these situations. Super super bummed that a day was ruined because of employees rushing and being somewhat ignorant and impatient. The store had almost no one in it so i'm not sure what the inconvenience of reading the sticker was. :( Usually this store does great but I was disappointed today.

I have not been to Starbucks in several years but Google is saying I was there a day ago. I cant afford Starbucks. Not sure why it is telling me I have been there. Starbucks is good tasting coffee, I will say that.
