The gentleman that seems to be the head barista at this location is fabulous ? always friendly, entertaining, and great, fast service. The caughlin ranch branch is by far my favorite Starbucks in Reno Nv! If you are having a bad day and need a pick me up, go visit them!

I'm usually never in this area, but I want to stop by to get some Starbucks while I was over here for my doctors appointmentSuper calm place to come hang out and write or do work. They have their on parking lot and it's right across from the Raleys grocery store. The barista was super nice personable, similar to the other baristas I'm assuming at other Starbucks. They pass out stickers to little kids. The only downside was I was looking for one with a drive-through, but I'll survive.

The coffee at Starbucks is always great quality and tastes fresh. Love this place for a quick cup, very consistent and convenient. The service at this Starbucks is what makes it stand out! Tiarah makes this Starbucks the best in town. She has excellent communication skills and goes above and beyond every time I'm in here. The inside is always clean and quiet, really nice to study or have a good conversation.

This Starbucks is not my usual coffee stop since it's on the opposite direction of my home. My dentist office is across the complex so I will occassionally drop by here after my appointment. The store is clean and the baristas were always pleasant. I also found that most baristas here were happy to engage in a very short conversation rather than just taking my order which was always nice. The service has been pretty good and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a drink even on a busy hour.
