12.23.23: I mobile ordered from here after the gym since it was super close and today is free hot cocoa day. There's 2 weekends left, this one and next one, to score your free kids/short hot cocoa with a purchase of any grande or larger.My order was ready at the exact time the app estimated. The ambience was pretty busy inside and the drive thru line wrapped around.Parking: If it's busy and you park in the front, you're likely to get stuck due to the drive-thru line.

12/15/23 8amI ordered online for pickup in drive through.When she handed me my sandwich I handed it back and said “can you please make this hot?” because it wasn’t even warm, it was cold. She took it and said “it’s because you ordered it 20 minutes ago.” I was so shocked, I didn’t know how to respond so I said “okay.”I don’t think her response was appropriate at all. I informed my job that I’d be late because I was stuck in the Starbucks line. So the worker was so rude to me about picking up my order 20 mins after ordering it, but I was in the drive through for 10 of those minutes… completely unacceptable treatment in my opinion. Being in the line for that long then being treated like that…easiest way to make me stay away and not spend my money there. It was not worth it.

This used to be a pretty good Starbucks before the Starbucks on Robb closed during Covid. Ever since, everyone in Northwest Reno has one location. At least three times over the last year, they forget to put sugar in the coffee, and I’ve only visited about nine times. So that’s a 33% failure rate.

Worst Starbucks in Reno. Avoid and drive to the one on fifth Ave. No matter what time you go you will wait forever in drive thru or walk in. My breaking point was my encounter with Melissa who seemed to degrade me for picking up my online order when it wasn't ready. As I got to the window she continued to degrade me as she handed my drinks. I mention one was wrong she scoffed at me, then I mentioned i should of just went to 5th , She slammed the window turn her back on me at started to talk to other employs. Then walked away. I had to honk my horn to get a employs attention to get Melissa's name which it took a act from Congress to get. When talking to other Starbucks they mention this Starbucks is a running joke among them.

WORST CUSTOMER SEVICEOrdered a americano with half and half and sugar. Tasted like sugar water so I asked the barista to make me another one. She asked what was wrong with it. I replied with it taste like water. She said yeah that's because it has water in it. I mean what kind of rude response is that? I responded back with yeah I know that. Why do I as a customer paying $4 for a tall coffee have to be treated with this? And I put up with a lot from Starbucks employees. They don't stir my sugar they just leave it unstirred on the bottom. I have no way of stirring it when I go through drive thru unless I ask for a stir stick. Isn't it part of their job to stir the freakin coffee. They get paid good enough with a lot of benefits by working their but they act like they own the store. Most employees have attitudes if you ask for more sugar or a stir stick or have them stir it. What's wrong with Starbucks their customer service sucks!!!!!!! And the employees have major attitudes. Next time I'm naming names! They don't like their jobs then they should just quit! Or better yet I'm just not going to ever get Starbucks only when I travel

I came and ordered $35 worth of food and drinks, I left my card at home and only had $100 bills. I explained I was okay with getting 1s and 5s as change but that was ALL I had. Michael gave change but then rolled his eyes and sighed multiple times. I tried to apologize and be kind. I should not get attitude for using US money. I understand it can be a little inconvenient but to receive attitude at a place I am spending money at just for using paper money? If you are unavailable to give $65 in change that seems like a business flaw and not a valid reason to give a customer attitude. I would be okay if he even told me no, it was the terrible customer service and attitude/ lack of problem solving that made my visit unpleasant.

Drive thru, got a grande Miranda light blend coffee with creme and sugar and it was nasty. Bitter and more bitter. Adding sugar or anything didn't help. Just tossed it in trash. The oat meal was actually good and they had the right amount of water this time. The drive up service was quick and friendly. The other down side is the price. Expensive.
