My barista Janice was amazing. A special order that took special care. What an amazing experience on New Year will definitely visit here again.

Brian and Cristina are extremely unprofessional. If your going to talk rudely about customers in Spanish maybe make sure no one is around to hear it. Or wait till they’ve actually exited the shop. Cristina also kept giving nasty looks to a group of customers. Way to have Christmas cheer ??

You have to enter from inside the casino so that was a little difficult. Other than that it was a Starbucks.

Very very slow poor and rude service. After waiting 30 minutes to order my green tea, then another 10 minutes waiting and order still didn't show up. I asked the crew where is my tea order. They all looked at me and one said was it a latte? I said no, it was a green tea. Was told they had no paper for my order. I asked where was the person who took the order and was told she was new and went on break. One crew member said she didn't need my attitude and when I asked her about what attitude, she said go stand "over there" and she was calling security. That I needed to be nice to her since she was serving me. However, I was not served, only annoyed by their poor service and lack of customer service skills. $8.42 for a green tea, bad service, rude behavior and no apology. Starbucks, is this your policy for training? No more Starbucks for me.

Right on the casino floor, but doesn’t open until six which is annoying. The prices seem higher than elsewhere, but who knows. The staff is great and really friendly. They do not do preorders. That is annoying.

This Starbucks is friendly, quick service and good drinks. One of my stops on the way to the gym.

I am not a coffee drinker, but I do love the Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade. Delicious. And most every Starbucks I visit, the service is fast, friendly and good quality food/drinks. However...this particular Starbucks was the exception to the norm. We arrived around 10 am, and there were about 5 or 6 others in front of us. We waited in line for about 20 minutes before getting a chance to order ours. The service here is way too slow for a typical Starbucks (at least from my previous experiences). The lady taking our order was friendly, but did not seem too worried about moving the customers along. I also noticed that the people working the food and drinks were non stop talking to each other, which appeared to affect their speed of service. I will admit that if I were ever back at this hotel and needed a Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade, I would still go to this one, but I would do so reluctantly. If you do go, be prepared to wait a little bit for your coffee, unless things change.

One of the reasons I chose to stay at Silver Legacy was the convenience of having a Starbucks in the casino. So, we made reservations for 3 days, Monday-Wednesday, only to find that Starbucks was closed all three days, and is only open Saturday and Sunday. Having read the other reviews here, maybe that was a good thing.

This is a newer, yet soooo outdated Starbucks. It will take over 30 minutes to get an order even if there are 4-5 people working. While standing in line for 30 minutes to place my orders I thoroughly observed the staff wondering why the line was taking so long while having so many people working in a small set up. The set up of this location is not staff~friendly. The staff taking orders did not have a "tape print out" of the order so they had to hand-write everything on each cup. The venti coffee cups were behind the register-staff so they had to turn around each time to grab a cup; and almost each time a different staff member was in the way causing more of a delay. I will also mention it was of extreme annoyance to me to watch the register girl continuously touch her face; forehead, lips, cheek, hair, chin, several times with each order... only to then touch the pen and customers cups. PLEASE tell this girl to stop touching her face. Eventually, after the huge line, a different staff member took over the register and had the face-touching girl switch to making coffee; which it looked to me like she was quicker at making coffee than taking orders. I did not see her wash her hands after all that face touching. There was only one oven, which caused even more of a delay to get your warm food. After waiting in line 30 minutes in line to order it then took an extra 20 minutes to receive your food order. And, for my order, and hearing other peoples complaints while waiting, many orders were messed up. I asked for "light foam" and got a regular amount of foam. There was no point in asking for my order to be fixed because that would take forever. There was a gentleman prepping the whip cream canisters at the sink right next to the oven; which seemed that took him a long time, and he had to firmly shake the canisters up. Someone from Starbucks Corporate needs to come take a look at this Casino set up, or someone other than on-site-management because it's obvious that management feels this mess of a location is ok, to get up to Starbucks functional and cleanly standards. There should be a prep-room so that guests aren't watching such a boring show. There should be a larger oven, or more ovens to get food out quickly; as is with all Starbucks I've been to. The cup set up should be more easily accessible for the person at the register. There should be a tape-printed order so the register person doesn't have to write out each order on a cup. AND, there should be an electronic signature machine for credit-card paying guests instead of having to physically sign a paper receipt for staff to then file. You see how much time is being wasted here? Has this established ever heard of the saying "time is money?" Because this location is wasting time and money.

Barista named SARA has the worst customer service ever!! We asked for brown sugar & she was just pointing us in the drawer )which is her job to look for it!!! All she did was talk to her coworker!!! Good thing one of the barista was super nice! Forgot his name but thank you for your

You can till this location is privately owned and do not living up to the Starbucks brand. Starbucks need to protect their name or stores like this will damage and take them down I will never again go here as it's not a true Starbucks just in name only what a joke

There is one in Eldorado casino too. It is quite more pricey than other Starbucks, but is quite good though like any other Starbucks. To me you think they will keep the price the same or cheaper, when people tend to gamble a little money in Casino this there should be perks.

Came here only because the Starbucks in the El Dorado was closed, and this was recommended - didn't even know it was down here on the casino floor in Silver Legacy! Cute location, like an old town storefront, and a colorful glass skylight decor. Clean location, and it offers all the usual Starbucks items at maybe a buck or more for the convenience and location. Fast and friendly staff as well. A welcome place for coffee at 8am on a Monday!
