I got a Strawberry Acai w/water and ohhhhhh my goodness it was DELICIOUS!!! The server and staff were so friendly and bubbly and they even gave me an extra cup of ice because I mentioned I was feeling dehydrated and parched . They were super clean, even though so busy. I have an excellent quick visit and can't wait to stop by every time I visit the mall. I have now found my favorite drink ? thank you, Starbucks!!

This location needs to retrain for customer service. My sister in law was provided mis-information during her order and since she based her order on the availability of the ingredients, to find out that the ingredient wasn't actually available was a disappointment. So she requested it changed since the cashier was said they did repeatedly. The batista, Kayla or Layla, really should learn about customer service. She served a venti sized cup of attitude that was truly unnecessary. They weren't busy at that moment, the replacement was cheaper and it was not my sister in laws error. We have had simpler situations corrected with ease. Not wanting to deal with the disrespect of this person and what would undoubtedly be a terribly executed order, she went back to the cashier for a complete cancellation and refund. Then to have the cashier refund onto a gift card.we used up, that she was asked to dispose of at time of order which basically meant it wasn't actually refunded to us since that card had since been misplaced by her. Suffice it to say, we left without her coffee or the refund since no one seemed to know what to do. Even the customer behind us gave up For the money that is charged for their drinks, plus pushing for tips, one expects some type of customer service and not to be made to feel like an inconvenience.

We had a coffee break in the middle of shopping! Much needed. One person in my party ordered and then changed the order. Well, the first drink ordered was the one made. But after letting the 2nd Barista know what happened she made the order right. Thanks again for that. One happy shopper makers other happy shoppers.
