I was not very impressed today with my purchase. It's about 2pm and I was not greeted when I walked in I was standing there for at least 3 minutes before I was acknowledged. And then it took the barista some time to start making my drink because she was on her phone. Won't be back to this location.

The staff is friendly in this starbucks and I love to walk here because its close to where I love but they consistently dont follow the order of drinks. I did a mobile order mins before I arrived and when I got there I bought some cups while I waited.Awhile later those who ordered their drinks long after me got their drinks before me. This is not the first is has happened. I understand the machine does cleaning cycles and maybe it causes diorder but this seems to be a pattern.

Time to review my neighborhood Starbucks! Rain, shine, or snow the Steamboat Starbucks always comes through. Be it the morning squad at 530am or the swing-shift closers, I'm always assisted with tasty needed beverages. The low star ratings by the Yelp community is not my truth at this location. This is a five star coffee bar that south Reno loves.

Over the past 10 years of living in south Reno, this Starbucks consistently has the nicest staff members - particularly right now. Normally I've gone to any of the locations that is closest to where I am at that moment but lately the team members at this location are just the sweetest people!! Love coming here 3-4 times a week.

I ordered one drink in a mobile order at 10:35 in the morning. I came by 10 min later and they said they did not receive it. They made the order which I appreciate but I have never had this experience in my years of ordering. Mobile orders are very common, how was my order missing. This is the point of mobile orders. This is likely the fault of the app and not the store, I would like to give the app 1 star as well

I definitely always love coming to this coffee shop. It's pretty much consistently, the same tasting coffee which is nice. They always greet us in the morning and tell us to have a good day which is nice. On our way to work. I order the coffee from the mobile app which is super easy but before I can even get out of my house and literally Nextdoor the coffee is already waiting for me. It's amazing.

My frustration is that many local Reno Starbucks are out of coffee while the baristas think it's normal. This Starbucks had no iced coffee, the Meadowood Mall no longer has brewed coffe, pour over only and forget salads in Reno. Told the barista at the first Starbucks that they were going to get a poor review and seemed like no sweat to her.

The workers seem like they hate their job. I also stood by the pick up drink station for a few minutes and made eye contact with multiple workers, none of which asked if I needed help. I had to go and ask the cashier, who also made eye contact with me. Both of my orders were also wrong. I ordered an oatmeal, I did not receive any of the toppings. I also ordered a coffee that was missing the extra toppings I paid for. I'm just honestly really disappointed.

Absolute slowest Starbucks in Reno. Baristas are nice enough, but completely incompetent. 50% of the time I come to this Steamboat location (multiple times a week) they get my order wrong. It's correct on the label (drink), but they never read the label and make it the way they want. So frustrating. Half the time there's an off-work barista in there just hanging out and talking to 2-3 working baristas, even when the place is crowded and there's a line. Mobile orders always take precedent here too. In-store customers wait forever for the most simple orders that should normally take 30 seconds. Have had to wait 5-10 minutes for an iced coffee as they take their time filling all the mobile orders. Worst Starbucks in Reno.

Store wasn't bust at all and they made my drink wrong. I was the only customer in the lobby plus 3 cars in the drive thru. They had 4-5 staff so they could have taken their time to make the drinks right. Ordered a double chocolate chip, a drink with only chocolate chips in it, yet they decided to add cookie dust to the bottom and top of my drink making it taste completely different. Was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to have them remake it so I ended up having to throw it away and waste my money.

Slowest drive thru ever. Entered with 7 cars in front if me. It took 45 minutes. And this isnt the first time its taken this long, but its def the last. Its quicker for me to drive 6 miles to Wedge Parkway.
