Everytime I go it never goes well. They get my order wrong, coffee is cold or I get my warm sandwich and then my drink 30min later and it taste awful because the girl with the red dyed hair tried to make 2 drinks at once and messes it up. Even when I tip it goes awful. Just once I want a correct seamless

This is a Starbucks located inside Renown Regional Medical Center. It's one of the busiest Starbucks I've ever been to. The crew works really hard and they're all really nice. The food is prepared as quickly as could be reasonably expected for such a busy store. And the ambiance is fantastic, especially given that it's in a hospital. The only critique I have is that the kids (because they all look like young college students or high school kids) don't speak very loud when taking orders or announcing when orders are ready. I've missed hearing my name called because the barista spoke barely above a mumble and I was at the back of the crowded room. If the store manager reads this, please encourage your staff to project their voices more for such a busy and often loud store.

INSIDE THE HOSPITAL!! This is not an external or free-standing Starbucks. They take mobile orders, but you have to go into the hospital tower on the second floor to get your drinks. No close parking unless you wait in the patient pick up/drop off area (10 minutes max allowed). Great drinks and service, but the location is terrible.Parking: Parking is in a garage from the store.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the second floor deep inside the hospital. There are elevators, but it is a trek from the parking lot.

The food is ok! Sometimes takes a while to get your order. The service can be improved. It took about ten minutes to get my order. One of the cashiers were unpleasant and rushed my order, once.

Worst Starbucks ever I travel a lot and this place has poor service. They take over 10 minutes to get an order out and it’s often

This is probably one of the nicest/best Starbucks in town. I've only been here a couple of times, one time a long time ago, and now. The hours it is open rocks. I'm guessing nurses need their coffee, especially late at night. I'm not sure if the opening hours are correct, but I guess they close at 12 midnight. I confirmed that with one of the staff. In my opinion, out of 5 stars, they deserve 10; from what I saw and experienced.

This location I go to on a weekly basis as it is walking distance from my office. Throughout the years we've seen it not just in this location but in general the strain of being understaffed and the frustration that arise from that, so I empathize when I experience that orders take longer than expected, wrong orders, and there's a line all the way to the pharmacy. They helped during the pandemic of doing email/online ordering and deliveries throughout the hospital which I thought was a good idea. I feel they are better staffed now a days and opened up online ordering through their app which helps cut time! Thank the staff is friendlier now. I'm boring when it comes to coffee so I don't usually order the seasonal drinks. But I'm a creature of habit and I usually order one of the following: Blonde roast drip coffee with heavy cream, nitro cold brew, bacon/gruyère egg bites, earl grey steeped with heavy cream, ice matcha with a shot of espresso, iced green tea with strawberry refresher, or ice passion tea lemonade unsweetened; depending on my mood. Throughout the years of drinking starbucks live realized Blonde roast and the Italian roast are my favorite roasts that don't have that burnt dark roast taste or sour taste. So happy this location is here for the staff, because Lord knows caffeine is needed in all aspects inpatient and outpatient life!

This Starbucks is located on the second floor of Roseview Tower at Renown Regional Medical Center. The line can be long at this location, so I order my drinks through the Starbucks app, which makes it easy to pick them up. Even though this is a Starbucks in a hospital, the decor looks the same as other locations. I work on site, and I find the space to be very calming. There's lots of seating options: tables for groups, tables for solo folks, comfy armchairs, and couches. There's also a lobby area just outside the Starbucks with large windows that looks out into a garden.

Inconvenience at it's best. Never opens on time , can't call ahead to order, long lines everyday. I don't even know why it's in this hospital . Hard working employees deserve access to good coffee and not just the office coffee .

Every since they started mobile orders, the wait to just get a coffee is 15-30 minutes. since your only given a 15 min break, kind of destroys the idea of going to get your self a mid day treat! a little upsetting.
