We sat in a booth and our servers were Awesome. Took my daughter and granddaughters there for their 1st time. Servers were more than willing to explain to them what was what, cooked, fried,or raw. Everything was GREAT including the dessert. A+Parking: Giant parking lot to choose fromKid-friendliness: Took my 15mo and 12 yr oldThey had no issue with them. That supplied a high chairWheelchair accessibility: Not sure but I think that they would make it work for you.

Food was very good and generous portions. Clean but reminded me of eating in a cafeteria.

The sushi is alright. But let me add that this place is not what it seems. I used to take speed dates here because I thought it was safer then meeting at my home. It was close in case I needed to walk away from a date. Little did I know the miserable gossipy waitresses were starting rumors that spread about me bringing dates to this establishment and now I do not take dates out. Realizing that I tipped at 100% with these backstabbing miserable no life having women. No thank I'll go to grab sushi from people with more class and less bags around their eyes

Sushi is ok.The wait staff is super polite, but the restaurant is understaffed and the wait is too long to have a pleasant experience. Also I feel nickeled& dimed when a business decides to pass on credit card fees onto their customers and announce it all over the dinner table.

Food was amazing! Nice prices. Cool decorated place. Service wasn't great. Had to ask for wasabi. Then had to ask for chopsticks. Didn't have any utensils to use when served food.

Sushi pier has become a family tradition of ours every winter! We come here as a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) every new year when we are in the Reno area skiing. The all you can eat sushi is delicious and fairly priced, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. My siblings and I look forward to the candy canes hanging on the fairy lights around the sushi bar. Waiters and chefs are super friendly and patient as well. We always leave this restaurant feeling beyond satisfied and eager for next year’s return! The chefs are very cheery and warm spirited, I was able to speak a bit of Spanish to them and wish I could’ve stayed longer to chat! Deliciously crafted sushi, talented staff and wonderful ambience! Would def recommend.Kid-friendliness: We are a big family of 6, with 4 kids. This place accommodated us well every year we came. Staff is patient with the kids and make us feel welcomed.

We come to Sushi Pier every time we are in town. All-you-can-eat sushi option for lunch and dinner is a great value. The fish is super fresh, great variety of nigiri, hand rolls and long rolls. Kids love that the miso soup and ice cream are included. We always leave happy. The staff & service is always really accommodating, attentive and fast. This time we even saw one of the owners and she was right there with her sushi chefs and servers, making sushi, asking people how they were doing, running her business well and with grace! We love the Sushi Pier.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always well served and attended too as well. We’ve been to some sushi spots that basically ignore the kids or assume they won’t eat sushi. Ours always get all you can eat and are acknowledged and treated just as well as the adults!
