Worst customer service the Food was dry bland over cooked waited 30 minutes for my order out of all the taco bells in reno sparks this one by far has no customer service the Food was not fresh,they should of paid me to eat there. Next time it authentic Mexican food for me.

It’s about 9:10 pm. Whoever is working the drive thru needs to be fired . The women was absolutely rude. Taco Bell is too hard of a job for her and would be better at asking for change on the corner . I will never come here again. Do not go to Taco Bell on 4th street .

Ruby is absolutely a champion and you know Taco Bell Taco Bell foods always the same which is yummy. Drive-thru like usual is a little slow, but got to love when you know exactly what you're getting and who you get to order from. Oops, I didn't mean to end that sentence with a preposition. The most appalling service in the entire city. Slow-paced. Staff members exhibit an air of superiority. It's perplexing what the customers could have possibly done to deserve such treatment. If one dislikes interacting with people, resigning would be a preferable option rather than projecting negativity onto others. I strongly advise against visiting this place.
