Still GREAT! Throughout the years have come to know Patrick the bartender and Holden the manager. Great professional guys and really appreciate their awesome service! NV steak is a go to for me as they never have disappointed us. From the absolutely delightful ribeye with scalloped potatoes to the blue cheese escargot you will be in for a treat if you've never tried NV Steak! Service is always good and the atmosphere is what to be expected in a casino. Helpful note, if you do not want to see the blinking lights and casino floor ask for a seat in the back room areas or outside if the weather will allow. Love this place and to the crew that runs it I tip my hat to you. Thank you for taking care of my family and I throughout the years & look forward to many more! Also check out their 120+ inch tv for sporting events in the NV Steak lounge!

Honestly the service was really good but there was bugs in my friends whiskey on rocks. The server took care of it right away and was really good. Unfortunately I got food poisoning from eating here it was my first time so I probably won’t come back.

So wonderful company, our friends took us out for my husband's birthday. Dinner was good not the appetizer tray, ugh. When our server brought my husband a birthday surprise dessert, it had walnuts, on it. When we mentioned he as severely alleged to nuts, rather than replacing it, our server commented well then your not going to like the cookies, they are peanut butter and walked away.

First time here. Brought friends from out of town and wanted to try something new. Kevin, our server was extraordinary. Professional, pleasant, entertaining and just attentive enough. Let me borrow his glasses to read the menu as I had left mine at home. Made for a most pleasant evening.

Been a few years since I have been back here. The remodel moved the Steak House to the back of the gambling area creating a very quiet and enjoyable dining experience. We have found our new favorite for the Reno Area! Food was fantastic and large portions, prices were reasonable and the service was spot on!

What really surprised me was that the baked potato was really luke warm at best. I have been to this steak house many times but this was the first time the food was not up to the standards I was expecting

Terrible. Had 530 reservations and did not leave till 730. Had the surf and turf and it was grossly undercooked. All the tables around us seemed to be having issues too. When we were originally seated it literally smelled like vomit. I don't know if it was the body odor of the host or the patrons behind us or what but that should have been our clue to exit. Tried to order desert but after being ignored for 20 minutes we gave up. Manager walked by multiple times but did not engage. Don't think we will be back and we used to like this place.

Food was excellent, but bus boy kept trying to take our bread plate and utensils even though the relish tray and bread basket were still on the table. He was little over-zealous; didn't really know how to read a table. The waitress was nice, but didn't come by to check on us, nor pour wine when glasses were low/empty. She was nice, but not very attentive. Our salads came out very quickly, but we had to wait quite a long time for the entrees. There was quite a space of time between finishing the salads and the entrees being delivered. The prices are a bit on the high side.
Nevada Steak is a hidden gem in Reno. Excellent food and prompt service in the restaurant. The lounge also has some great values if you don't feel like a full meal. Highly recommended.

We sat in the lounge. We like looking at sports. They have a nice large screen tv. The lounge is louder than the actual restaurant but we like it. The food was exceptional. Lynette is an excellent server. She always makes sure that we have an awesome meal.

Our server, Kathy, was professional, friendly, and prompt. She was attentive and seemed to know exactly when to stop by the table. Atmosphere was quiet so that table conversation was easy.

The sunset menu is fabulous. Food was delicious and well priced. The pork chop and top sirloin were cooked to perfection. Kevin, our waiter, was very attentive and friendly. They have a very nice wine list with many of our favorites.
