This place was amazing. The waiter who served us was hilarious. I don't know what his name was but he has light eyes maybe Hazel or something? He made us laugh a lot. The only complaint I have is the wait for food was a really long time. But that's only because there were 2 people working: a cook and a waiter. The restaurant itself was really good looking. It made me feel really relaxed like all my anxiety disappeared. The food was really good too. And that's a lot coming from me, because I'm not easily impressed.Kid-friendliness: My whole family came and I have 3 little brothers. Our waiter was very nice to them and made them laugh. Very kid friendly.

I love Chicago deep dish pizza! I was very sceptical reading reviews that this pizza rivaled the top places in Chicago that I frequent. The reviews were absolutely accurate. This place has the best Chicago deep dish I may have ever had!! It's sooo good! It takes a while to make it. An hour is not exaggerating. But totally worth the wait. Three men couldn't finish a medium and we tried. Highly recommended!!!
Hidden gem in a strip mall. This place has a pub feel with awesome deep dish pizza. You’d swear you were grabbing a beer and a bite before a Cubs game. We will be back to try out the rest of the menu!
Still the best Pizza in town. The real deal, for sure!

My choice today was Taste of Chicago. I had long ago lived in Chicago and wanted some of the flavors that I remembered. Taste of Chicago is a Chicago themed bar. Other patrons were reminiscing past experiences and neighborhoods.I was not impressed with my food.. I ordered an Italian sausage sandwich with gardiniera. I realize that even in Chicago that different establishments will provide different products and different menus with different recipesThe service was extremely slow. It was almost like the kitchen could handle only one task at a time.My experience does not warrant a repeat visit, but this could be a fluke and actually be the real thing.

I will never have another pizza again!!! Short of moving to Chicago I will eat here. The "pie" was filled with luscious amounts of cheese, filled with flat (?) sausage and ever so gently sprinkled with a hint of their homemade sauce.

We went today for lunch right when they opened at 11am and ordered two sandwiches and fries. There was no one else in the restaurant when we sat down. At 11:40am we decided to leave because we had only gotten the fries which were underdone and had no salt on them.While we paid for the fries the server apologized and was kind which is why I am leaving two stars for service but the whole experience was disappointing
