This was my first time trying their boba milk tea. I got the Strawberry Swirl for me and my kids with the honey boba. I usually dont get too many sugary drinks, but this was a delicious sweet treat!(You can also substitute regular milk for oat)

It's been awhile since I've had boba here and it still does not disappoint. Service is good and the drinks are good as well. I got the dirty ube with an extra espresso shot and boba. Highly recommend coming here if you're in the area.

The drinks are good most of the time, but sometimes I got a bad batch of boba. However there is no way to customize/substitute anything on their menu. So you will get charged $1-2 extra if you don't what it exactly how it is. The customer service is completely lacking, management/staff were what gave it a 2* for me.

Ok, so I rarely take the time to leave a review, but this place deserves it! Went in today, Wednesday around opening so the place was not busy, but very clean and welcoming. I LOVE the decor colors and the whole vibe. The sweet, young lady that helped me gave TOP TIER customer service. I was, legit, blown away. Stupid me did not get her name to give her a mention, but just wow. She was so kind, patient and helpful. She let me try a few different options before I made my selection and answered my million questions with a smile. The drink I got was so yummy! I will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back here soon and recommending to all my peeps. Keep up the AMAZING customer service!! Xo

I decided to get some boba from Teaspoon since it has been a while since I have ordered from them since their opening. I went on Wednesday around 1:30pm and they were not very busy so I was able to quickly order my drink and they started to make it right then. It took me no more than 10 minutes for 2 drinks. I love how it looks very bright inside the store and there is a small area for seating.l ordered the Matcha Royale and Golden Brew both with boba. I got regular ice, whole milk, and 100% sweetness on both drinks. The Matcha Royale was good with the matcha flavor and not too sweet. The Golden Brew tasted like an ice coffee. Also not too sweet, but also not too bitter. However, the boba in both drinks were hard in the middle like it was not cooked long enough. Usually boba does go hard after a certain amount of hours, but the boba I got was already a little hard and within 2 hours the boba got completely hard and did not take taste good another.Overall, the drinks were good, I just wished the boba was as well.

The drinks are amazing but just today we ordered online and we were about to pick it up but the drinks weren't ready yet because some girl that works there prioritized her ""cousin" that just came in before my husband did the service is just not good. She had ordered 4 drinks inside the store and she got her drinks before even starting on ours like do your job before anything else.

The service was terrible. I asked for no coffee and less sweetener which are both options that they offer. They made my drink with coffee. When I told them I ordered it without coffee (which was clearly marked on the drink label) they did not apologize. They were rude and re made it so syrupy sweet that there is no way they put less sweetener. Now I'm left with this undrinkable drink. You would expect that for the price they charge and the options they offer they would do a better job. I will not be returning to this teaspoon location.

Living in Reno for so long, getting to experience the rise in new boba places is truly exciting! It is nice to have a boba location in this area of town that shortens the distance and time to get my next boba fix! Teaspoon has a beautiful small modern interior that gives it a refreshing and clean aura. It offers an unique array of flavors and drinks! When it comes to boba, I tend to stick to flavors I know I tend to like when trying new places. With the unique options, I found myself trying something new! I got the liquid gold which is a simple oolong tea! The sweetness and the simplicity of it made it one of my favorite drinks! Service is made of younger individuals, and it can vary greatly from time to time and day to day, but they will greet you upon entering nonetheless! Still relatively new, and there's always ways to grow!
