I'm from Western Washington and there you can't throw a rock without hitting a good teriyaki restaurant. I've been SEARCHING for good teriyaki here in Nevada and am so glad I found Teriyaki Madness. It certainly satisfied my Chicken Teriyaki craving! Soba noodles and pot stickers are awesome as well. 5 out of 5 stars.
Ordered a large chicken breast Teriyaki bowl and shared with my girlfriend for lunch. Was the perfect size for us and seemed high quality! We enjoyed the teriyaki sauce and the amount of veggies in the bowl. We would come again.

I deliver in the area and have been to TM many times. The staff are friendly and engaging; wanting to make sure your food is to your satisfaction. As a diner, the spicy chicken was excellent! I got the largest portion, so there was plenty. It actually lasted two days as a meal - dinner, then a healthy portion the next day for lunch. The edamame was cooked perfectly. The kitchen sends out great food in a timely manner. I highly recommend this before a movie or a quick dinner on a week night. South Reno is becoming popular for tasty, quick food. Teriyaki Madness is one of the reasons why.
Food was decent but not right... got all the way home to silver springs and realized... we got wrong food, was supposed to be orange chicken, but got teriyaki chicken... the guy who answered swore up and down he remembers the order (which was well over 1hr later at this point). Refused to really even listen. POOR customer service. Can't even eat my food because I can't stand the spiciness :(

There is not much dining space to dine in, but we went at 1 on a Saturday and were still able to get a table. All in all we would come back again!

Awesome staff. They're always friendly and work hard to serve you the best teriyaki chicken. Even from a doordash prospective, they are very professional and a pleasure to work with. Their bathrooms are very clean. The T.V. always has some great family entertainment. I'm always laughing while my food is being prepared.Parking: Plenty of 30 min only spots. Security is nice about unexpected visits.Kid-friendliness: Rated G t.v. funny videos for the family.Wheelchair accessibility: You'll need someone to get the door but yes it's accessible and the tables have room for a chair.
