We had a bad experience tonight, 4 of us went for a birthday celebration for my 2 kids who are adults. 3 of us ordered the same dish, the other was a salad entree. The server was nice as were the rest of the staff however the food for 2 of us wasn’t good. They somehow decided to bring my food out in a to go box, when it was corrected they stated that the food had been remade however the portion was much less than what the other 2 plates had which was obvious that it hadn’t been remade. The food was cold and not very good. The server said that they remade the food but they couldn’t have done that in a few minutes and the food was luke warm at best. They did offer to remake it again however the rest of the group were already halfway done so I asked that it be taken off of the bill and gave them what I had left on my plate which was most of it including burnt asparagus. I’m home now and still hungry. My sister ordered an entree salad and had to pick pieces of almost rotten lettuce out of her salad, the greens looked like something that came out of a salad kit. Not the typical experience here, not sure we are going back.

So me and my woman wanted to have a date night and she chose Cheesecake Factory and I didn’t mind her choice. I’ve been there a couple time and ordered something plain like a burger or something simple, wanted to try something different and chose the Steak Diane and herb crusted salmon thinking they were going to be big pieces. Sadly, for $30 I got a tiny serving of steak and salmon and was disappointed ?. I should’ve read it more clearly or just ordered a steak for its price, but overall it was great just the portion size was terrible. Also, they got my cheesecake wrong to take home as well.

It’s a damn cheesecake factory, you know what you’re here for.Don’t take that as a negative. It’s really good. Just gets crazy with the drunks sometimes and extremely loud.Still good enough for the girls I roll with.Cheesecake selection is of course great too.
