(From my experience on 3-18-23)The place has a nice, quaint, vintage look to it, which felt cozy to me. I sat on the counter and the waitress gave me what I needed and was quite nice. I can’t wait to take my grandparents here; their eggs benedict, hash browns and coffee were very tasty too

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE The service is so bad we had to leave before ordering. Please can someone teach these people how to work a restaurant. From the moment we walked in red flags. Telling everyone 40 min wait? Well it turned out to be 15. We get to our 2 top table, seated right outside of the kitchen which is a safety concern sitting THAT close to people coming in and out of the kitchen with food. Annette, our “server” took 25 MINUTES to acknowledge us and it wasn’t that busy in her section. After dealing with her ugly attitude, we decided to leave. This place needs Bar Rescue to run their establishment. Complete lack of caring due to the constant flow of people. After leaving we went to Huckleberry’s in south Reno. The Cup should take a field trip to learn how to properly communicate with people and treat customers.

Pretty good, I personally didn't think it was worth the wait. Went for brunch and waited about 30-45 minutes. My fries were OK. Needed more seasoning and the ranch tasted like it was bottled store bought, not homemade. Burger was good though, nice size.

I would love to give 5 stars and I’m just being picky but the place needs a deep cleaning. There is a lot of dust that has accumulated on the decor, fans, etc.

The place looks small on the outside. Most of the parking was full! When we walk in there is a nice waiting area not many waiting so we had a place to sit. We didn’t wait long . The place inside is decorated county style so cute ?The food was good and my omelette had plenty of meat! Although my biscuit wasn’t fluffy maybe was not cook enough. The gravy to me didn’t taste good might have been the type of sausage they use? so I didn’t eat it.Although my spouse likes his gravy and the food! I definitely will return and try their lunch ? do come hungry the portions will feel you up!

Such a cute cafe. We stopped here on a Tuesday morning and were seated right away. The eggs benedict was perfect. You get a large portion size for the price making it a great value. The coffee hit the spot.
