This place is amazing! The owner and staff care about their service and experience. The food here could give downtown a run for it's money... not to mention 11ft free pool tables!!

Excellent food, ambiance and service! A super fun variety of tapas, I highly recommend the Ahi and Basque salad. Great place to share a bite with a friend.

Great food and service. Went in on a whim whit a small group and we decided to try much (if not all) of the small plates menu. We had a wonderful meal. The place looks great after the renovation.

This is in the old Santa Fe Hotel, an old Basque residential hotel. It is in the old restaurant space. Has a very well curated bar program with wine and beer from the Basque home land, as well as local offerings. The food is a combo of entrees, small plates and Basque pinxtos, small, yummy, composed bites usually served with drinks. There are several burgers and sandwiches, pasta entrees, short ribs. We shared the chorizo, lamb and wagyu sliders, wings, fried pickles, homemade tots, pinxtos made of various combos of cheese, meats, veges, usually on skewers. Everything was made of fresh ingredients made to order, simply delicious. Service was great, servers stayed away until eye contact was made, food delivered as soon as it was made. Decor is Basque sports posters and jai alai equipment with pool tables in back. Tables with tablecloths and comfortable chairs. It was a very nice time to get together with friends. Please visit there, it is worth it.

I know this place opened not too long ago, but if you call yourself a connoisseur of "Reno's finest foods, which I know cause I'm a native" and you haven't been here yet, I'm here to call you out personally. First of all, the service. Gavin is the man. His staff is super friendly. It's the restaurant biz, so mistakes happen, but as they do, this crew handles it with grace and style. I mean, the gushing over the qualified personnel has already garnered a 5-star review, and I haven't even mentioned the food! Since that's what y'all are after (unless you're sick and judge a place on its choice in napkin color...they're black btw, get over yourself), let me tell you about my limited trip down taste bud heaven. I was feeling bold, brazen some might say, and ordered one of each of the Pintxos. $3-5/croustini? Sold. That's basically a full meal if you add it all together. Lamb as well? Throw it in there. I'm here to see if it's worth the coin... Let me tell you...EVERY. F*CKING. BITE. Was pure bliss. The cheeses, the peppers, the jams, the caramelized onions, the confit garlic. This sh!t was next level. Washed down with a Picon? What more could you ask for?!? If you are in Reno, and you haven't been to The Fe, you're giving yourself a bad rep as a foodie. In town and staying at The Row for business or pleasure? Only a block away on Lake St. by the ballpark. Be there or be square. If y'all don't support as much as I do and they have to close, I'll blame the natives and other citizens of the city of Reno. Grow up and go get you some of that!

Great place to eat with a unique menu. We visited on 2-24-2024, which was a Saturday night, and the place was packed with a 15 minute wait. We grabbed drinks at the bar and were seated promptly.Kayla was our server, and she was amazing. She offered menu insights and shared her favorites with us as we were ordering and continued to check on us through the evening. She was attentive but not too much so.The food was great. We both ordered sandwiches, shown in the review photos, and they were packed with flavors. My wife got the fries as a side and I went with the soup of day, which was clam chowder. The chowder was excellent, packed with clams and very delicious. We closed the meal with a small, round cheesecake, which was perfectly sized.Overall, this place had a great vibe, great food, perfect service, and the price was very reasonable. The menu is small, but found myself wanting to try a bunch of the other options. We will certainly be back soon.

Quite the makeover! Loved the old, crusty Santa Fe, but this new version is leaps and bounds better. Parking is still an issue but once there, game on...literally! Now a sports bar with a Basque-ish menu, super clean, fun high energy vibe. Met friends for dinner after a mediocre show at the event center. Got here at 5 on a Saturday...beat the crush. Place filled fast. That many people, it gets super loud...keep that in mind if it's date night! Service is fast, helpful and friendly. Placed orders for apps, got the lamb sliders. Came up quick...absolute hit. These mini lamb burgers are cooked to perfection, medium rare...hot and juicy. Tons of flavor. 2 for $10...I could just order these and be happy. My main was the beef tongue sandwich...yeah, not everyone's go to but I'm a fan. Slow braised thick slices, bell pepper relish, arugula, mozzarella and a tangy horseradish cream on a toasted baguette. Really hit the spot. Fries were hot and crisp yet tender inside. All in all, great meal, fun atmosphere, great service and value. Highly recommend. Look forward to our next visit.

Food was ok. Service was ok, waitress was confused and missed some items in our group. Ambiance was more like a bar than a restaurant. Place was really loud.

Last night order the New York Steak for the first time. It was juicy, tender and cooked to perfection. Matched with the creamy real mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables it was worth every bite! The dinner specials are thoughtfully planned and high quality.

Love this place! Reno's newest hidden gem. Great size, awesome venue to have a party, loads of tv. It's like a proper pub but with absolutely wonderful food. Haven't had a bad dish here and I've had A LOT. I've ordered the chèvre + caramelized onion Pintxos more than anything I've ever ordered anywhere. Literally eating one right now and thinking of ordering more as I write this. Haha. Never had duck until I came here and I actually love duck now thanks to this place. The Duck Gnocchi - *chefs kiss*! On Sundays they do a traditional Basque Dinner. A lot of people scare away from basque food because they don't want to do all the courses, but this is the perfect place to try basque tapas! They even have dinner plates and delicious sandwiches! If you're a sports person or looking for a place to watch, this place have so many TVs and the best stuff playing on them! They throw a fun Super Bowl party with raffles and prices and they show the fights (no entry charge). Gavin runs the place and is so personable and a reason I keep coming back! This place has a true hometown feel to it, like an elevated sports bar. Miriam is an awesome server and on top of her game. Honestly the whole staff has my respect with how hard the work and everyone works so well together. It's refreshing service that you don't see too often now. There's a couple of pool tables and lots of space for a good time. This place truly has it all!

The food is great, however, I went for the full size billiard (pool) tables. The tables are level, nicely felted and free (buy something though). If you're used to playing pool at a bar you should check out these ~9 ft. tables.

Boisterous sports bar with real food! I gave atmosphere only four stars because we weren’t actually watching the playoffs and it was too noisy to talk. Everyone watching the games was really having a good time. We had delicious Basque family-style dinner with the best French fries ever, and really great goat meat which was slow cooked and so tender! Will definitely go back for pinxtos on a quiet afternoon or evening, or to watch sports with a crowd.
