I just had the most amazing interaction at The Human Bean on S. McCarran in Reno. The employee had great patience, advice and went way above and beyond in helping me. I'd like to let them know that the sugar-free vanilla smoothie was a big hit...it's one of the first things my partner has been able to get down in days. This is my favorite coffee "chain" now. The coffee actually tastes like, coffee. Not pure sugar, like a lot of shops. I love the Irish creme latte. But I have let to find a drink I don't enjoy.

After a well needed brow appt. I hit this coffee spot because it was in the same parking lot. I believe I got an Irish Cream. I honestly had to wait sooo long to drink because it was so incredibly hot. It also didn't taste like anything but milk. I was super sad cuz my goal this year was to try more local coffee spots instead of my regular Starbucks. I would like to try again. Drove though is always pretty chill, and I remember the gal being friendly.

I am used to other drive-thru coffee shops. While this for me was a trial experience, I have had a better quality cup of coffee at home. I didn't try the food, and I used the walk-up window for service. The girls (who seemed to be just out of high school) were appropriately polite, and while they were busy could have been a little bit better.

Waited 16 minutes for coffee with only 3 cars ahead of me, which is unacceptable for a drive-thru. There were no large orders to explain the delay. Staff didn't offer explanations or apologies, adding to the frustration. Not ideal for a quick morning coffee run before work.

What a lovely and supportive place...I can't tell you how many times I've been here, but this place is simply addictive. I love how the employees show their passion and commitment to coffee. Making it their priority to serve their customers with the best service possible. The coffee here is spectacular, and there is love in every cup. The world needs The Human Bean. Let us all be great human beans together. So please never leave our lives. For you are truly what makes me smile. This place is one of the best things that's ever happened to me.
