What a titillating surprise to stumble upon this magical place in the woods.... They have hot bevies, coffee, craft cocktails, a fab wine list, and a selection of beers on tap. A fireplace and live music fills the space while you sip, nibble and play board games....

Stopped by this place a weekend ago based on a recommendation, but left disappointed. Poor customer service, waited 20 minutes for a frozen pizza, overpriced cocktails, and a bright cafeteria vibe were major drawbacks. Not a fan of dogs while dining. Should have stayed at the ski lodge; won't be returning due to these issues.

Great place for a morning afternoon or evening stop. Yoga in the weekends, live music and trivia nights and the service is great. Good atmosphere and the last stop on your way up the mountain for food and drinks or your first stop on your way down.Wheelchair accessibility: Stairs on the front and wheelchair acces is at the top parking Lott at the back patio.

I have a coffee page and recommend places around town. This place has been on my list for a while now. It's a great set up right off Mt. Rose hwy. They serve coffee and food, beer and wine. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza was! We got the Lodge large pizza, TRY IT! We also got the pumpkin latte and apple spice chai. WOW the apple spice chai taste like apple pie a la mode in a cup! The view is great and they have space heaters so your able to sit outside. They also have a fireplace inside with plenty of seating. They are also dog friendly! So bring your pals and go for a drink. Nice nice place!

Clearly the location matches the beauty and surroundings of those who own it.! This location is unusual in the way it offers an interior acoustics with Coffee wine service and the people are find the surroundings are of nature and not in a strip mall setting. Beautiful manicured eucalyptus trees and pine with views of the beautiful Demonte rancho's coupled with excellent selections and service makes this an unbeatable live music venue for any day of the week. 5☆'s.

We had a lovely early evening in August of 2023 at one of the lodges weekly wine tastings. We had a excellent charcuterie plate and enjoyed tasting the number of Italian lines sponsored by one of their distributors. The management and operation of the lodge has changed hands recently, two young and sisters bringing that wealth of personality, management, and enthusiasm to creating a enjoyable environment at the lodge. They have a full bar, many outdoor seating opportunities. Kinds of pizzas. You have music a few times a week. Give them a try. You'll have a good afternoon or evening on your visit!
