Absolutely hands down one of the best places to eat. The staff was super friendly and the service was fantastic. I didn't get our servers name but she was the best. The bacon cheddar chicken and waffles were fantastic

Eating at Mel's is great, never had bad food while dining in. But the last few times my husband and I have ordered from Doordash its been terrible, today we ordered breakfast and I ordered Eggs Benedict and my eggs were undercooked, and huge egg shells in my eggs. Like huge pieces. And my hashbrowns were wet and soggy from straight egg whites. I couldn't eat it. Thats really gross. And very obviously gross negligence on the cook. I cant ever eat here again.

Thanks to Mel's for making me feel comfortable during my first dine in breakfast experience in months. Appropriately distanced tables, masks on every employee, clean tables and floors. I ordered the Denver omelette with cottage cheese as a side. My omelette was beautiful...perfectly cooked and full of veggies and diced ham and ooey-gooey cheesy goodness. My guy devoured his chicken and waffles. The waffle was fluffy on the inside, Golden and crispy on the outside and matched well with the golden crust on the fried chicken. Thanks again Mel's!

We just got our order from door dash.It looks nothing like the pictures or descriptions! My cob salad had burnt bacon, wiltedLettuce and a Few pieces of chicken! No cheese, no avocado, no egg! My kids grilled cheese has one price of cheese, for $12! Don't order from them.

Ordered chef salad for delivery. Ordered romaine lettuce. Got iceberg lettuce and it was in huge chunks. Tomatoes hard and tasteless. Meat smells funny. Will not order from them again.

Staff was very polite, and quick! They were following all the precautions during Covid which was much appreciated! Prices were fair, and food was tasty. Nothing overly great, but still, nothing worth complaining about. Toast was a bit burnt, although I didn't mind because that's how I make mine as well. Looking around others were the same way. Good portion size! I definitely could not finish my plate.All in all, a nice diner to have a quick breakfast at with a nice staff. Just nothing 'over the top special.'
Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Our waitress Astrid was so amazing, and wonderful customer service. New hours 7am-10pm, walk to the front is the only door open.. love the old feel, we reminance our child hoods of the 70's and 80's.. I highly recommend family time here, there is lesson in every picture on the wall...
