What can I say about "Top Deck"... It is the most deliciously cheap restaurant in Reno located at the Cal Neva Casino and free parking. Is been 3 years we been going there ever since my boss introduced me to this restaurant. The food is one Old Classic American old school diner. The service and customer service is great because if you coffee or water is low they are super attentive which is great. But the cost is low, where can you get 3 pancakes with 3 eggs, a sausage (any sides) and hash brown for $11.95. Not even Denis can go that low. I totally recommend this if you're broke or you're down at your luck from all the bets you lost from the casino.

We came here for the "old Vegas" experience-- cheap, good steaks. I forgot that Nevada still allows indoor smoking, so my eyes were burning. The portion sizes were good, with the prime rib & lobster being an entire tail and a decent sized slab of prime rib. The taste was worth the $16.99. The staff were absolutely great. They went out of their way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and refills were frequent. Freda was our waitress and she was very welcoming and friendly, making double-sure that our order was perfect.

I love the place. It sits well with my pocket as all the menu is affordable. And the food is good as it should be. Sometimes the wait staff sucks. But they work for there tips so if you get a bad one they dont get paid. But the busing staff and cooks are
