Their food is some of the best I’ve had even when I make my own homemade. There staff are very nice, even when they’re really busy during lunch. The pictures hung up on the wall are beautiful and make it feel like I’m out near the river.Overall 11/10

The bagels were very disappointing! Hard, dense and so chewy it was difficult to eat. I don’t remember them being like this in the past.

Great atmosphere great people great food. What else could you ask for other than they don't have a club sandwich? I don't understand no club sandwich but they figured it out made me one and it was so amazing. It just costed a lot more than it should but it was great, and the people are nice. The food is good and it's not like Jimmy John's across the street where you have to back out of their drive-through because no one answers.

Really disappointed at what I am getting for $17. I have been getting this same sandwich for 15 years and it is noticeably smaller in portions and drastically more expensive. Still an OK bagel with lox, but not worth the money anymore.

Closed with no notice. We even checked the Google pin and their own website before going to check. Understand short staffing happens, but to not update your sites when it does happen is inexcusably lazy.

Small hole-in-a-wall bagel cafe. Been awhile since last visit but excellent bagels. Had an egg bagel and soft drink. Just right. Stop by for a quick bite.

I based this rating on the experience ordering in store on a weekend. The bagel itself tasted good. But the overall experience was horrible. The store is tiny and feels crowded with a handful of people in there. I ordered a single bagel with cream cheese and waited over 15 minutes. Standing shoulder to shoulder with a bunch of other peopl in a tiny cramped space was not what I was looking for. I would not come back again

I was driving through town at 6 o’clock in the morning and this was one of the few places open! I knew it was good because there was several people coming in and out! The Restaurant itself is clean, it’s got a nice local advertising wall, and friendly staff! As far as food, they have a good selection of bagels and breakfast sandwiches! I opted for the Pacific sunrise and it was delicious! It is a fun little venue! My only critique is the electronic menu above the cashier has some interesting colors that make it hard to read!

Nice having what tastes like “New York bagels” in Reno. Definitely yummy!

Bagels aren't good very small and the Sea Creature isn't good either

Great place and friendly staff. And tell me the Spanish sunrise looks bad... note it was delicious

Be sure to specify vegan when ordering to avoid cross contamination with cutting boards, knives, and spreaders. House made hummus is really good and so are the blueberry bagels that they rotate through. Almost all of the bagels are vegan except the asiago and chocolate chip. They bake fresh daily, and sell out often so be sure to go early
