It's a-okay. It's a hole in the wall type Chinese food charging upscale prices. Dinner combo for broccoli Beef was around $22-$23, and 2/3 of it is egg fried rice. No choice to split half with chow mein. They have an option to do a chow mein add on that's smaller sized for $11. Which makes a Dinner combo over $30, which you can get at other places in town for under $20.It was good, but everything was just Soy sauce flavored, so pretty salty even for Chinese food. Soups were tasty (egg flower and hot and sour), the chop suey was okay too. The meat quality is higher than hole in the wall Chinese though. Didn't include sweet n sour sauce for dipping fried spring rolls or Rangoon.Bonus is they are on delivery apps. In person is cheaper, but not by much.

So I tried to order some lunch for delivery and the have a MANDATORY 10% tip as well as another $10 for fees and whatnot. A simple $14 order turned into almost $30 at checkout. What's the point if the fees and everything are going to cost as much as the meal itself. If this isn't price gouging at its finest I don't know what it. Not going to ever try and eat here again.

I had the Mapo-Tofu, and it was great. I’m biased, so my homemade Szechuan Mapo-Tofu is better, of course. But this was still great, standard Mapo. Atmosphere was nice, service was quick and the waitress polite.

Had an early dinner with a friend visiting from San Diego. I had Mongolian beef and she had Lemon Chicken. We both had the dinner special which included appetizers and soup or salad. The staff was courteous and efficient. This restaurant is family owned and has been in business many years.

Very good food.My one "criticism" is that their fortune cookies are sponsored by FTX - the disgraced, bankrupt bitcoin company that sent all their money to dem political campaigns! It's more humorous than anything, and I will come backGetting a quaint fortune is always a nice touch after a meal, but it's not necessary.

Last night, we ordered takeout from this restaurant. I've ordered several times. The food is classic U.S. style Chinese food, but it is so amazing! It hits all the right buttons for the cravings we have. The dinners were bigger than expected. That leaves us with leftovers for tonight. There are two really good delivery leftovers: pizza and asian food. Order from them, and you will not be disappointed. You will be satisfied and have leftovers for tomorrow.

Upon finding menus from this place displayed at the check-in counter of my Reno Hotel, I have to admit being intrigued just by the name. I have traveled to and around Reno for decades and have never heard of this place so I thought maybe, just maybe, Reno now had an awesome authentic Hong Kong style spot. (Spoiler alert: Reno does not.)I noted that there were a few fairly negative reviews of the spot with one commenting on the smell of raw sewage upon entry. I will admit that when I drove up, several of my instant cues of non-authenticity were triggered (such as an empty parking lot, large food pictures plastered in the window attempting to attract a non-existent audience, an empty restaurant, and 2 workers sitting in the dining room looking very bored). There was also a faintly feculent odor that was covered up by air freshener but it was short-lived once I walked in and I could not tell if it was coming from inside or outside of the restaurant. I pondered about whether to abandon the mission but the gravitational pull of the restaurant name promising Hong Kong cuisine was strong. And, since the 2 workers I first saw sitting in the place were Chinese, I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and place an order for take-away.What should have really tipped me off that something was not right was that there was nothing vaguely resembling Hong Kong style food on the menu. The prices did seem to resemble full on capitalism as they were fairly expensive for such a small spot that looked like it was begging for business. Most items were north of $16 which was surprising to me as I expect that pricing to be in large expensive cities, not in cow towns. I asked for a few common authentic items such as Bitter Melon (fu qua) or Chicken and salted fish (hom yee) fried rice and was told that they did not have that and have never had them. They did, however, have very westernized items on the menu that would probably appeal to most people that don't know any better. The "2 Guys from Hong Kong" name, coupled with a lack of menu authenticity left me feeling bait and switch swindled. I was told that maybe they would have those menu items in the future but am doubtful of the sincerity of that statement. In the end, the food was about what you would expect in a very Americanized small Chinese restaurant in a city without a large Asian population. I would say that it is serviceable in the same way that Domino's is to an Italian seeking pizza. It will scratch the itch, but barely so.
