First in person order of double cheeseburgers were piping hot and impressively tasty!It was so good that we came back the day after, but the experience was not good. It was an online order that I had to cancel. However the app wouldn't let me cancel, but call in. So I called in and still made another order. On location I communicated with woman that seemed to have been the owner, since she was different from the man who took my phone request. she was unable to refund the online order. What I wish the owner had done was recognize that the prices were fairly close in-person and online, so that she didn't have to charge me for that pick up. She said wait until the payment went thru and she will reverse the charge. The transaction showed up on my account a few days later. The bank showed me a phone number to call and dispute the charge before I spoke with my credit card company. So I called thinking this was a corporate office, but it was another franchise location in another state. Lol I finally called the Reno location and was told that the managers were in at random times, so he couldn't settle my dispute. I finally called the bank and that charge was reversed that way.This time the food was cold. Oddly the onion rings were beautifully golden and cold. Meanwhile the chicken tenders looked refried, burned and extra charred. The burgers were still good, at least it was the last thing they cooked since it was still warm. Fries were cold and limp.Moral of the story is just order in person. Also, voice exactly what you want on your burger prior to closing transaction because their cashier will tell you it's too late to make changes to your burger after she had entered your order.

The girl working the register was lazy and rude, I believe her name was Arianna she said she wouldn't have time to make us milkshakes when we tried to order them then went to the back and just stood next to the cook while our food was being made, then when we got the food the fries were cold and definitely not fresh and the burger was also cold cheese wasn't even melted all the way and it was drenched in condiments like swimming in them I'm not one to return food or send it back normally but I got a refund and left and it was such a terrible experience I won't be going to that restaurant again.

Had the Cheeeesy…the most awful greasy thing I’ve ever eaten. Haven’t felt well all day. Meat seemed a bit undercooked. Onion rings were ok. I wanted ketchup but they had none. I won’t go back!

@waybackburgers this was my first time dining at this gourmet burger spot. The environment is great the design and make up of the interior design is very unique. The customer service was outstanding the double cheeseburger was seasoned great with all the toppings and the fries were crispy and fresh. I tried the chocolate milkshake and it was phenomenal and I plan to come back soon. @yelpmemphis

Never been the type to eat burgers out unless maybe it's a random small town Cafe since I prefer a homemade taste. The folks working here were extremely kind, fast, and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Just amazing. And the fries that came with it were also fantastic. You get to have a burger made just for you just how you like. If you even like burgers a little you have to try one here. The guy in the wheelchair up front was just absolutely kind and extremely welcoming and really makes you feel like a friend.

While trading to Reno I needed a place for dinner. I came across this restaurant and a burger sounded good. I ordered my food and all seemed well until waited forever for the food and my shake. Finally the food came out and it took over 10 minutes after that to get my shake. The restaurant had a small line and quite a few people working , unfortunately most of them were not working! When mentioned to the order taker that my food was going to be cold before I got the shake I expected them to make make a new burger , he offered the heat lamp instead! Not a fresh meal , nor great service. I would not recommend.

We ordered a group order via doordash for our weekly lunch meeting. They refused to give it to us and DEMANDED that the person on the doordaha account pick it up with ID? ITS NOT THE NUCLEAR FOOTBALL!! ITS LUNCH AND THE RECEIPT WAS SHOWN TO THEM. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.
