After a long absence, the mini-Wtzel dogs are finally back at Wetzel Pretzels, and I for one am delighted because I love this stuff; they're like potato chip: you can't just have one, so I got two orders to share with the family. The cashier was so pleasant when she greeted me with a sweet smile as approached the order counter. The mini Wetzel dogs were scrumptious and the whole family enjoyed devouring every morsel.

We love Wetzel's Pretzels pretzels! Every time we go to the mall, I make sure I get this for me and my littles. The way it's cooked is just right. Warm and crispy yet still soft to chew. We usually get the pizza bitz with cheese sauce and original bitz for my littles. And I get the original whole pretzel with caramel sauce. So yummy! We add fresh lemonade and sometimes the strawberry lemonade which is so sour but really good.. The ambiance is alright. It is located inside the mall by the food court so it's a bit loud sometimes. Depending on the time and day too. The service is ok. You're greeted hi by the cashier. Can't wait for another trip at the mall :)

So I haven't been to Meadowood Mall in 10+ years but I had to go there for a specific store to get a gift for a friend. The store happens to be across from the food court and I couldn't help but notice Wetzel's Pretzel is in the same exact spot as I remembered when I was a kid. Thinking about that made me nostalgic and I decided to get a pretzel. I went with the classic Wetzel Pretzel brushed with butter and topped with salt (which is optional) and cheddar cheese for dipping sauce. It was warm and crisp, yet still soft. The cost was $5.90 something, basically $6 bucks. I wasn't disappointed at all and it was a great afternoon snack before dinner.

The pretzel bites were dried out, over cooked, no cinnamon and sugar to speak of because the bites were not fresh. Don't waste your time.

The employee was very kind and their Preztel bites are softer, warmer, and taste fresher than Auntie Anne's to me.

This is one of my favorite places, well it was. I have never gone to the mall without stopping in to grab a pretzel. However I have had to leave the past 10 times with nothing from wetzels pretzel because employees don't stock all types of pretzels. Every time I go, or even walk past the stand there are piles of pepperoni pretzels but never have I seen baked cheese pretzels. This makes it hard to get a grateful garlic pretzel. Worse then that employees look at me and say sorry we don't make that. I ask then why is it on the menu? They then look at me and say nothing until I walk away. When they ask me to explain what it is and they are willing to try and make it the wait time is over 40 minutes and I'm sorry wetzels pretzel I have always loved you but that is to long. Today, I tried to order one and when I explained it they went to smell the garlic butter spread they put on it. I'm assuming to check if it was still good. This I would assume only happens if something wasn't labeled which scares me a lot when I've been ordering this pretzel successfully for 20 years and my mom longer then that. After these continuous bad experiences I'm sad to say I will no longer be trying to shop at wetzel pretzel.

Ordered 2 Pretzel Bites, 1 pizza bites, 3 drinks and 2 sauces. The cashier was rude and slamming things. The drinks were not filled up. The dough was undercooked. 0/10.

Every time I go to the mall, I make sure to get either my mini pretzels with caramel dip and or my pizza bits. Though it's just a little cup but it'll make you full in one seating. Burp!

The food is hard and gross and the service is slow as hell. I waited ten minutes for hard old pretzel bites.

I almost always visit this place when I go to the mall. Delicious pretzels, even if the portions are a bit small and greasy.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I was super hungry and went with my family to the mall I chose to pick something different and went to wetzel’s pretzels I ordered the pretzel dog and the cheesy hotdog bites when I got the food it was super cold and I got into it just a few bites before I started feeling really sick to my stomach all day my stomach has been really messed up and I have felt nauseous all day. I had my daughter go and let the employees over there at Wetzel’s pretzels know that I got sick off their food and they responded to my daughter that there’s nothing they can do about. Basically just not caring about their customers getting sick from their food and didn’t even want to try and do anything to make it right. basically said it’s not my problem not my responsibility. But if you’re gonna be running a business you may be making sure that your food that you’re giving out to customers is good food not ice cold and been sitting in the stager for God knows how long pretty sure no timers or anything like that on the product because I know what I got was super old so I end up going over to security and making a report of the situation and I’m probably will be calling the health department tomorrow because somebody needs to go and check up on that place. They are horrible. Will never go there again.

My absolute favorite pretzel....when it's fresh. Unfortunately, despite coming to this particular Wetzel location about a dozen times, there was only one time I've actually had a fresh pretzel here. They're in a mall so understandably, they make a big batch at a time and keep it in the warmer until someone orders it. That way, they can get people in and out. It's still good, just not as good as it can be as it does have an effect on the taste.Customer service is another issue here. I've always found it to be hit and miss. Today was a hit. The girl working welcomed me as I approached the cart, said please and thank you, and sent me away with a, "have a great day". It's not usually like that, though.

I'm so very disappointed with this place. We came into town from Fernley and specifically made a stop here. We ordered our pretzel and get halfway across town before I realized the entire bottom of the pretzel was burnt. There was no way this was edible. I tried calling multiple times to no avail.

Go at your own risk.... with everything going on in this world right now you would think they would be a little cautious with handling your food... but not these people, no face coverings on employees, no hand washing, watched the handle the register and money with not a care in the world... I will be reporting them to the health department and I hope like hell the close them down before they get a lot of people sick. Wish I could do a lower star rating
