It has always been a great experience dining at Whispering Vine on 4th Street. My favorite go-to on the menu are: Ahi Poke, Truffle Salt Tater Tots and Shaved Brussels Salad. Last week we had a party of six and all shared the chocolate mousse for dessert, a must if you like chocolate and dessert! We have always encountered helpful and friendly service. A shout out to Melody for her kind and unobtrusive service!

Nice place, and honestly we prefer go early after they open and enjoy a decent bottle of wine. We don't enjoy too much crowded places from visitors of our neighbor state. Reno is now the new little CA

This is an excellent place !! The service was fantastic and the food is great . We had Escargot, clams and mussels, Korean tacos and truffle salt on tater tots. I really enjoy the atmosphere and set up of this place . Will definitely be back!

A cute little restaurant and wine bar to celebrate any occasion too. They have a small menu to choose from, but every item on the menu looked great. Great drinks to choose from. Service was fairly fast.

Pro's: Excellent small bites perfect for dining solo. Con's: None Go back?: Absolutely More... It has been a minute since I have been to this wine bar and restaurant and I am happy to find it again. There are all kinds of fun and new items on the menu. My shaved brussels sprouts salad was so good, I ate every bite. I also had the schnitzle and spaetzle...with the pickled cabbage on top...on point and excellent!

Food and service are always fantastic. Generous amount of options for wine by flight or glass, and of course a ton of options to shop for bottles as well. The space itself is actually quite large, despite the building looking deceivingly small from the outside. Nice spot for many different types of occasions. Can get a little busy on days/times you'd expect it to be, but I've never waited a terribly long time for a table walking in, and they do take reservations. I live nearby and usually just give them a call before heading over to check to see if there's a wait.
Came here for a wine flight to find a wine to buy! It was my first time inside and WOWZA! The amount of wine in that place is remarkable! So many choices!! The staff members are kind and we were able to get seated immediately since I made a reservation using their website. They have a good amount of seating and a good sized menu. We decided to stick to just the wine flight because the food menu seemed a tad expensive for the portion size. I didn't think it would be worth it but the staff member that helped us pick our wine flight was very sweet. She helped us find a wine that would age well and still have a fruitiness to it. I think the one we chose was delicious and I'm happy we went! The wine bottles are very affordable! I would recommend coming here over just the store to buy your wine. I'm no wine connoisseur, but I'd come here again!

They have a few locations in Reno and am extremely impressed with them! I used to be an active red wine collector, so I know a bit about wine - the good, the bad - and the incredible values! They offer a huge assortment of wines and their prices are incredibly competitive. I strongly recommend them if you're interested in finding great wines at a great price. I've also been to their bar/restaurant area at the 4th street location, which is small but very nice. For those beer lovers, they had on tap Pliney the Elder. I strongly recommend you check this place out!
