The best place to stay in Reno. Gaming is good, rooms are freshly refurbished. Stayed 3 nights and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We have stayed in many places in Reno, but have called the Peppermill our only place to stay now. Take advantage of their Player's Club as the rewards are generous. Will be back soon!

We decided to take a mini getaway trip before the kids start school. So four families including mine drove down from CA to stay at Peppermill. The hotel parking was easily accessible. The check in was smooth. Rooms were ready before the check in time at 3pm. We stayed at the Peppermill Tower and the room was spacious. The view wasn’t pleasant but it was okay. The AC in room was nice and cold. Bathroom was big and love the walk-in shower. Lots of lights and charging stations. TV works fine. The beds and pillows were too soft but can’t expect much from hotels. The kids love the pools. There was a shaded side pool and a sunny side pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here to catch an early flight out of Reno. Their shuttle starts at 4am. Room itself surprised me - very nice and well equipped. Keurig coffee, comfortable bed, well maintained, quiet and great view of pool. Bathroom was spacious shower and the usual bath items. Check-in was speedy and check out was a breeze. The little service I needed was top notch. Airport shuttle was prompt and it was 10 minutes to airport without having to get on 580.

Thank you to the PEPPERMILL security staff: Dean, Mike, Andrew and Julie! You found the IPad I left in the Casino and mailed it to my home in Eugene, Oregon. I was so afraid I'd lost all my pictures of the grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and memories. I was attending the Hot August Nights Car Show and just walked away from my IPad when I was in the Casino. Just sick with the loss. Checked in with Security told my sad story to a gentleman named Dean. He dropped everything he was doing to go check Lost and Found and put out an "all call" to alerted others on the security team to watch for the device. Later in the day I checked in with Mike who did a phone check but still not found. When I returned home I called Andrew in the Security Department and he confirmed that they had found my IPad. Julie in Lost and Found then had the devices beautifully packaged and mailed to my home. I am so grateful to you all for your efforts and follow through.

I really enjoyed staying at the Peppermill with my husband for one night before we headed to Lake Tahoe. Room was clean and updated. Casino was fun. I didn't gamble very much but won a small amount playing video blackjack. Pools outside were really nice. I liked the location of the hotel. The deli restaurant in the hotel had good sandwiches, but the prices are steep. $17 for a sandwich and chips is pretty expensive. Drinks by the pool are expensive as well.

Really great room, great restaurants, lots of opportunities to game and overall above the normal atmosphere. Room was really comfortable and kept clean by attentive service staff. Only room issue was tv in bathroom is a waste of time (service not the same as the room).

I was completely surprised by the unprofessionalism of the management team at front desk they informed me I'd have to move rooms due to booking issues so I agreed and moved .was Givin $100 in resort credit for the issue witch I never got to use. They took $100 deposit and when I switched rooms they completed my reservation and then in about an hr told me I needed to put an additional 100 deposit . Because of the mistake. Witch I refused to do. the hotel manager locked me out of my room before I could even get my belongings . Stated I couldn't get a key intill I put down another deposit. I made my reservation for 2 nights and paid my deposit like normal the night before this . It's a really messed up way of treating a guest at your establishment. I wouldn't ever recommend visiting this place again .

1. Apparently they allow street people to sleep on benches outside the rest rooms! I asked the bar staff at the terrace lounge to report to security about av individual laying on a bench at ~ 8 pm. 20 minutes later two security gentlemen approached our table and gave our bill for oue dinner which we had just started to eat. He told us that an employee reports that he/she feels uncomfortable with our presence in that lounge. Security teports that someone reported that I use a racial slang while reporting the transgressing individual. I certainly did not refer to the individual in any judgemental way. In fact the individual was covered with shoes and a longsleeved hoodie with the hood covering his face! 2. It took from 9pm-10:45 pm to get into our room. There was some confusion about in which tower our room was located. 3 trips to the front desk and 2 phone calls and we had no response. We felt abandonned an helpless. My wife has Parkinson's Disease and was sitting outside our hotel room for 1 1/2 houts. We are both 80 years old! 3. Peppermill has been our "Go to" place! For the past seven years we would visit two or three times a year. 4. I don't feel that I can ever return primarily because they called me a racist

we went for the 4th of july and we booked for 2 nights the 4th through the 6th. the first night we checked in and went to truckee. that night our car broke down so we were unable to stay. we called the next morning and asked if we can have our room compensated and they said no. then the next night my boyfriend and i went out to dinner and came back around 11 and went up on the parking garage to look at around the city. we are from california and we had no idea gaming laws go for parking lots as well. we were approached by a security guard and treated us as if we werent guest. we didnt feel comfortable talking to him so when we asked to talk to front desk to show we are guess he told us no and proceeded to trespass us. when we asked for front dest again they told us theyy didnt want to come talk to us. we even asked to get escorted down and they said no.again we werent explained why we had to show id so we felt weird about giving it. i ended up giving my id but before that i asked specifically “if i show my id we WILL be able to stay in our room right”rich the security guard said “yes let me see”he checked. said we were guess and still we got kicked out of our room and was kicked off the property. when we asked for a refund they denied it and claimed we left without letting the hotel know, we got the hung up on by hotel security and not understanding we are not from there so we simply did not know.simply a “its nevada state law to show id on a casino property and in the parking lot. not a “well if you dont show id then you will be trespassed. we just want a refund and we will never return were with our money again. very disappointed in the rude security.you might want to drug test rick he looked cracked out and made us very scared.

We stayed in the Tuscan Tower three nights. Although the room was pricey, the amenities were very luxurious. The bathroom was huge, with a bathtub/jacuzzi and a separate shower with two shower heads. The bed was very comfortable. The room was immaculately clean, with excellent maid service. The room was very quiet. We could not hear neighbors except when they slammed the door to their room. We used the swimming pool; it is a long walk, but very nice. There were three hot tubs and two spacious pools for swimming. Two pool attendants were available to supply towels and keep the area clean. The only downside is the long walk to the casino and parking, good exercise except for the prevalence of smoke in the casino. The resort has a sign advertising that the casino is well ventilated, but the smoke was dense, as in most Nevada casinos.

It was my first time visiting. Although the spa is amazing, the rest of the environment is just ok. Some of the bartenders are rude and the security on site does not always know how to handle situations. They treated my brother terribly and then denied the situation. While we were there, they acted like they were going to make things right but then did not contact him or me, like they said they would.

Great resort with a wonderful spa. The food was excellent too! One of the major pool areas was under construction during our stay so it made the only pool available extremely packed. Not real enjoyable. But, other than that, a great stay.

The Peppermill is our favorite place. We enjoy the ride up to Reno, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. The hotel is beautiful we always stay in the Tuscany Tower where we enjoy luxury and the views. We either have a view of the pool or the Mountains.

Beautiful as usual, BUT prices have skyrocketed and room service food was terrible! Beware of the $45/day "resort fees" and if you get room service, READ THE FINE PRINT! Breakfast meals are off the hook and not anywhere as good as usual. $90 for two eggs, eggs benedict, corned beef hash and 1L of OJ! Large OJ is $9.50/glass, 1L is $20! Also, they tack on about 20% gratuity and taxes and a $5 "room service fee". Usually food is great but hash was terrible and very, very salty with a ton of onions! I've had the CB Hash here before and it was great! Hash Browns were always great. Hash browns this time tasted like the grille hadn't been cleaned in a while. Eggs benedict was OK. They gave us a refund on the hash, but still $75 total! Eggs $8, Hash $14, Benedict was $24, 1L of OJ $20 = $66 + $5 room service fee = $71 + 20% gratuity and taxes =$85 + some other taxes = $90! That being said, the place is beautiful and updated again! Still one of the nicest places in Reno and the restaurant food was great at Romanza! Staff was very nice! The muffins at Biscotti's Deli were WAY better than room service food!

I have been at Peppermill at least 5 times a year for the past 8 years. The last time we were there my wife lost an apple watch and we called Security to check if they found it. Mike S. went above and beyond to help us with that. Thanks, Mike! We always have an amazing time there and will be going back for many years to come.
