The manager, Cheri/Sherry, is the most abhorrent person in customer service I have ever had to witness. I have an open case with Pizza Hut corporate because of her. Not just once, but on several occasions I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with her regarding orders placed online at this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs until she is gone. Go to another location, or better yet go to another pizza restaurant. When you call, the manager has no problem telling you that she is working alone and most times has no delivery driver and she is also the cook. That should speak volumes right there. The pizzas are rushed, undercooked, poorly made, and of a quality Pizza Hut should not stand behind. And the fact that she is always working “alone” says to me that no one wants to work with this person. They cannot keep employees at this restaurant, presumably because of her. I can only hope the franchise owner sees this post and realizes this manager is going to be the cause of failure of this restaurant. This business will close because of her!
