I normally just stop in and place an order. Today I decided to try the app and order on-line, thinking it would be quicker. Ordering was easy. The wait time was supposed to be 30 minutes. I arrived to pick up two pizza's 30 minutes later. Only one pizza was ready. I was told it would take another 10 minutes for them to get my other pizza made. Well.....it took them 20 minutes. There was NO management or owners on-site, only three employees. One in the back doing cleanup and two two out front. One employee was bouncing back between the register, checking orders, and making them. The 2nd employee making the pizza's was NOT a ball of fire, slower than molasses. These two poor kids were clearly overwhelmed with all the orders. The New Owners need to do better.

This was once one of the most well run pizza places in the area. After it's sale, it ranks at the very bottom. Tonight topped everything. Called in for a pizza at 5pm. Was told they weren't taking any more orders for the night because they were running out of ingredients?? Unbelievable! Owner is absolutely absent. They usually quote extremely long wait times even when nobody is in there. You go in to pick up your pizza and there aren't any others being made. Sad to see it fail so badly.

Walked into the store at 6:45 pm. Store closes at 8:00 pm per the sigange on the door and Google search. Was asked very quietly by the girl behind the counter if I had an online or phone order. When I stated "no" she proceeded to tell me they were no longer taking orders at this location. 75 minutes until closing and not taking orders for a walk in customer?!?! Unbelievable.

I think the gourmet vegetarian with chicken is the best thing they have by lot.Parking: It shares a parking lot with the savemart.
I ordered over the phone, and it was a great interaction. Our pizza was ready for pick up by the time they stated. It was an easy pickup. This was some of the most awesome tasting pizzas we have had from Papa Murphys.
This place is completely unorganized, dishonest, and doesn’t properly train their employees. They pushed my pizza to the side due to them running out of mushrooms and proceeded to make almost 10 additional pizzas before stopping to cut more mushrooms. Then the staff refused to put toppings on the top of my stuffed pizza. I proceeded to call other papa murphys to confirm I was not incorrect about toppings on the top of the pizza. As I assumed I was correct.I will ensure to never go to this papa murphy’s anymore.
