This place is fabulous for lunch. (Have not tried dinner yet, but looking forward to it.)The lunch specials are really good deals. You get an entree with choice of fried or white rice, pot stickers with choice of pork or chicken and choice of egg drop or hot and sour soup all for around $10. They even give you the Asian version of chips and salsa, wonton and sweet sauce while you wait! The food comes out fast, fresh and delicious. The service is reall great. Alex is a rock star. I've seen him run 7 table with better service than some places with triple the servers. Very happy with this place. ??

Just had lunch. The food and service was excellent. I found out that CAIE brought the cooks from China.

The service was excellent. The food was okay, the hot and sour soup was delicious and the portions were good, but the flavors of the main course were flat. From what I could see, the place was neat and clean. However, the 'atmosphere' and layout of the place is nothing special, so three stars for mediocrity.

Have been several times to her North location in Sparks. Have known CaiE for years from her old location in South Reno. Her food is still delicious and we will always go back.

Service far better than food (sadly) - Cassie was great ! Food was ok - decent but we were not satisfied. Limited AYCE Dim Sum so we decided not to opt for $29.99 for 6-7 options plus drink and soup. Ordered Salt and Pepper Shrimp - Wings - BBQ Pork Buns - Shanghai mini steam buns - and - one Lotus leaf. Pricey with one beer $70

My wife and I decided to try this place a few weeks ago on a Saturday night. It was approximately 6:00 pm when we walked in and the only patrons there were a few guys at the bar watching the game. We were seated relatively quick as we were the only customers there to eat. I was pretty shocked at how high the menu pricing was. $20 for an order of Mongolian beef! We decided to order and give it a try. The food was decent but not worth the money, Raley's Chinese takeout is a far better deal and taste. The service was good since we were the only people seated in the restaurant. Needless to say we won't be returning to this restaurant again. The restaurant was clean which would be easy to maintain since no one was there. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone as this place had absolutely no wow factor at all.

The French bean that we ordered is quite saltish. Apart from that, the Peking duck and fried rice are pretty decent. I was expecting the Peking duck to be served with duck skin and buns. I guess I should set my expectations right before ordering. It was good nevertheless. My son and I enjoyed it very much. The waiters are friendly and attentive.

It was my family's first time to visit Caie Bistro. The place was huge and seems clean and orderly. Our waiter was very nice and polite and always remembered to check on us. I have tried original dimsum and i can say that this has kind of Westernized style dimsum. I ordered the mandarin chicken and it wasn't far from Panda express. It lacked some veggies or whatever to make it look palatable. It looks and tastes ordinary. Pork siomai was fine but nothing extraordinary. The chili oil tasted off and not as interesting as those i've tried in many other places. Bur yes, i will go back there again i just have to lower my expectations.

Really good food. Good seasoning and great proportion. The food taste fresh. The staff are very accomodating to my allergy and the chef are so nice. The restaurant is clean and it looks like their cooking area was clean daily. I did not see any grease or oil splatter in the backsplash where the chef is cooking. if you are craving for some clean asian food check this place.Vegetarian options: You can asked to removed stuff from your menuDietary restrictions: You can asked if they can remove or not use any MSG or make sure thry can use GF soy sauce ..or just not put a regular soy sauce.Parking: The parking is free and lots of open safe. The parking lot is well lit and safe to walk around.Kid-friendliness: Staff are very nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Thry have room for wheelchair. Staff's very acoomadating to tbeir costumers need . Such as good table for a wheelchair person.
