Ordered from here for the whole warehouse. The ribs were dry, the pulled pork tasted... off. The only highlight were the chicken wings.

Ordered takeout today that included three ribs, cornbread, beans and fries. The beans were hot and flavorful, but the rest of the meal was lacking. The fries were a little soggy, but that’s to be expected for takeout. The seasoning on them was good though. I enjoyed the homemade pickles, but the cornbread was a little bland and could have definitely used some honey. My biggest gripe was with the ribs. They were almost like jerky, super dry. It seemed like they cooked them the previous day and reheated them right before I went to pick up. The only thing that saved them was the mild BBQ sauce. 3/5 stars.

It was good. Quality meat, tasty and unique BBQ sauces. They were out of brisket though, on a Tuesday at noon, which is their first day back open from their weekend, which I felt was odd, and the peach cobbler was ice cold.The moonshine BBQ sauce was delicious.

The service has been amazing and we are only on day 2. The food is being prepared over an hour away and still shows up fresh and hot. We are feeding 80 people twice a day. Breakfast is served before 7am lunch is around 11:30. The early morning preparation and delivery has been amazing by this team. Carolina BBQ gave us a 10 day menu and will be on my list of food delivery on these type jobs whenever I have the opportunity. Prices are fair and the service is perfect. Constant communication, great personalities and great food. I would rate them 10/10.

Somewhat of a hidden location from the road. I ordered the regular brisket sandwich with the sweet bbq sauce. The brisket was almost out stock but it was still moist and flavorful. Also got the mac and cheese which was a little on the runny side but still very good and had a slight pepper flavor but wasn’t spicy. The potato chips were seasoned but a little on the greasy side but still ok. I definitely will come back to try some of their other menu items in the future.

I recently moved from North Carolina and have been missing the bbq so when I found this place I was so eager to try it. And it did not disappoint! Amazing food. The bbq and sides are authentic - I was particularly impressed with the hushpuppies. They even offer Cheerwine. So happy I found this place!!Parking: The parking lot is a bit tight but there is extra space along the street.
