I ordered a pizza online. I hadnt realized my number was wrong, and the pizza was marked delivered despite never having reached me.After calling them to figure out what was going on, they started yelling at me immediately and getting very upset. Eventually we corrected the issue and they went ahead and delivered for me, but the amount of anger and aggression I got from a manager was ridiculous.Once she got done yelling at me, I politely explained that I was not mad, and I'm just calling to figure out what's going on. She calmed down and called her driver, and got me my food.This extremely rude manager's name, according to the phone number on my delivery, was Lavonne.I get that I made a mistake that made their job harder, but the amount of hostility that I got before speaking even a word to her was unprofessional and extremely mean-spirited.

We ordered a pizza and the new loaded tots. Pizza was ok. The tots were extremely disappointing. The cheese blend was completely burnt and you couldn’t even pick them apart to eat, won’t be trying those again.

Do not rely on the “tracker” when it comes to ordering or picking up your pizza. They do not honor their own system and instead of notifying people that the tracker is incorrect, they instead expect you to just wait around for an hour longer than expected because they’re “busy”.I would recommend going to another location or the Pizza Hut right around the corner.And their management is less than concerned about their lack of service.

So for the second time I had my food delivered and the delivery driver is cussing and messing with my dog where three is a locked screen door between them and he.cusses and threaten my dog. He is not nice and very rude.
