Ordered Two pan pizzas and both were undercooked. One was inedible. Not sure how you can look at a pizza and box it up with the cheese hardly melted.In a rush most likely and pulled it early to get them pizzas out the door I guess. Basic quality is so hard to find unless you pay premium these days. Left 20% tip also for this 50% meal.

I ordered a extra large pizza and a small gluten free pizza. When I arrived at the store I was informed that the gluten free pizza had fallen off the cooking rack onto the floor and another one was cooking and it would be about seven minutes. No worries, stuff happens. But a few seconds later the young man tells me that, that was " the last one" and was very sorry. He was very polite but seemed worried and offered me anything else on the menu but not a refund. My wife eats gluten free so they didn't really have anything else for her except a chicken salad. So I said sure I would take a salad. The kid seemed sincere to make it right so he said he would get me two. Poor thing comes back and said they only had one left , it seemed he wasn't sure on how to just refund me the money for the one pizza.If I would order from them again I would not prepay online but at the store. I got a salad sitting in my fridge now.

What a joke! Waited over two hours for the food to be delivered. When we finally got it, it was not anywhere close to being warm, Box was smashed, tots were cold and rubbery, and worst of all they didn’t even cut the pizza all the way through. When I called the store, they said sorry we only have one delivery driver. Is that delivery driver also also in charge of cutting the dang pizza? We live less than a mile away from this location. Huge bummer. Had to feed the kids something different so they could get to bed on time after waiting for two hours.

We ordered a pizza and we checked to make sure we were in their delivery area and we were told yes. Over 30 minutes later they called us to let us know they couldn't deliver cause we're outside their delivery area.

I was trying to get a late snack and it was one of the closet place open according to Google, I arrive at the location at 11 pm, sign says open and there's no one inside, sign at the door says they close at midnight, while writing the review a guy comes out of Dotty's casino/bar walks to domino's, opens the door, turns the lighs off and locks the store and then goes back to Dotty's, really???

Always deliver on time and the pizza is consistent quality. It is dominos, so you know the food is mid but cheap.

I thought I have seen it all. I walked in and asked for the carry out special. A 1-topping for $7.99. Was told no, only if you order online and then pick it up, then asked for $14.99. Wait a minute, you charge more to people if you enter it for the same thing and I am right here? Answer yes. I pulled out phone, got online, ordered and paid for it, $7.99. Website Brags how pizza and wings and sticks is your choice $7.99. Ordered the pizza and paid. He looked at me, said I see your order, any special instructions you would like to add, that will be ready in 15 min. People had to wait. Unbelievably Unreal. Told me customers get charged and overpay all day and there is nothing he can do!Wow. Dominos should be sued for false advertising and people should avoid this one.

Ordered a veggie pizza with Alfredo. Received a pie with only Alfredo sauce. Pepperoni pizza was undercooked. Just gross all the way around.

Let me start off by saying I’ve placed many orders with this location and it’s either really bad or simply horrible, I stay walking distance from the store and every time I place delivery my pizza comes an hour & a half late with the cheese all dry like it’s a day old, My only thought is the delivery driver takes my pizza all over sparks before it makes it to my front door, I called one day in August because I was so annoyed after waiting an hour or so and receiving another old dusty a** pizza I was told I can get a full refund, However they didn’t tell me a timeframe or even ask for any of my information for the refund to be processed. Which I let go but eventually reported it to BBB. Which brings me to why I’m even writing this review, so today after working 12hrs I decided it’s Friday let me order me and my family a pizza, So I place an online order and there tracking system wasn’t even working so I was unsure when it would be ready however as i stated earlier I stay walking distance from this location, so I head to the store after waiting 20 minutes with no update, Just for me to get there and I tell them my name and my pizza & wings is just sitting on a rack not in an actual warmer, I mean I’ve seen them in other locations across the U.S literally. However I asked to check my pizza which was no issue missing my garlic sauce, however everything was fine there and than I wanted to pay for a 2 liter which I did with Apple Pay, unfortunately my iPhone was not working properly so it took a few tries which I apologized for, so as I’m picking up my order to head out the door I over hear one of the female employees ask if I had paid, not sure what she was saying by asking the question instead of asking what was the issue? Or even what took so long? Because if I didn’t pay why would I be on the way out the door with my entire order? Hmm¿ still not sure once again why this Caucasian bull dagger thought I didn’t pay. But I will never be spending another penny at this location you guys lack pure customer service and accountability, I would save my coins and bake a home made pizza. && no one told you to apply to be making pizza all day,You choose to do the application and interview so now you making what you making like we the customers actually sign you guys checks. Do better and stop doing the bare minimum.*Pictures are from previous orders as I stated before and the wings were from today’s order, Photos on the website does not compare. Just disgusting ?

Placed an order, went to pick up and they forgot to make 2 items so I got two cold items and 2 freshly cooked items. Needless to say there so called crunchy tots, are soggy as soggy can get. Highly disappointed that they gave us 2 cold items cooked 30 minutes ago and 2 fresh items because they forgot to make them. They should of recooked everything, I think. Highly disappointed.
