The matcha has chunks in it while also being watery despite being a blended drink. As I walked away I heard the lady say "why is our matcha so hard? eww!"

Manager and store trainer need to get back into this shop. The kids who work here have no customer service skills. They didn’t know how to sign back into a closed register. Took them 6 minutes to call someone and figure it out. The only reason I knew this is because I overheard the conversations. Not one single person of the 5 people behind the counter actually greeted me or told me what was going on. I wasn't welcomed, thanked or offered a receipt for my purchase. The register was changed over directly after my purchase and when I asked for a receipt I was told it was "too late." They couldn't give me one now the register had been turned over....what!? Seemed either lazy or shady. Either way, they need a manager on dury to help them, and a trainer to give them proper support.

So I brought my son for the Dunkin donuts grade program and they denied him the the donuts they did call their manager to verify but then they acted like they didn't know what we were talking about so they disappointed in my kid they could have at least gave him one donut being at the school said kids with As can take their report card to Dunkin donuts and get free glaze for their good grades. The manager on duty told me to go to Krispy Kreme ?

Sometimes it’s so good, but most of the time they get something wrong, food that’s supposed to be hot comes out cold, and they aren’t very friendly.

I’m not one to be confrontational in any sense, but I just can’t help but be disappointed every time I order from this specific Dunkin, this most recent order specifically. I ordered an Iced Latte made with oatmilk, the everything stuffed bagel minis, and the hashbrowns through Doordash. Only 1 out of my 3 orders arrived correctly. The first one isn’t that extreme of a change, but more to my preference - the bagel minis came plain, instead of the everything ones. No biggie! The biggest issue was my latte. I ordered it specifically with Oatmilk, not because I’m lactose intolerant, but again because of preference. When it arrived, I noticed it had a huge sticker on the top of it saying, “NO OATMILK” and “Made with almond milk” I am DEATHLY allergic to all kinds of nuts. I was shocked at not being notified about this change before the delivery, so I called the location, stated I had a Doordash order and the name it was under, and asked if the driver had been notified about the change in “dairy,” to which the girl on the phone said that they hadn’t informed the driver. (Why they didn’t inform them, I have absolutely no clue.) I let her know that I was deathly allergic to all nuts, so the latte i received would not be safe for me to consume. All she said was that I had to take it up with Doordash, and that they couldn’t do anything on their end about it. I just can’t believe that people who work in food service would switch out an ingredient for another that contains such a COMMON allergen without asking or informing the customer beforehand. I understand oatmilk being out of stock as it’s in such high demand, but to replace it with an alternative milk sourced from a very common allergen is appalling to me, as you never know who’s allergic to what. I’ve prevented myself from leaving reviews in the past but this time I cannot get around it as, if not for their “warning,” I would’ve been in anaphylactic shock mere moments after taking a sip.

I say this with all seriousness…do they sell donuts here? The last couple of times we’ve gone in the morning, they’ve been out of donuts. One time, they forgot to turn the oven on. Every item we asked for they were out of. This place is an absolute joke of an establishment.

I got a drink and didn't like it, they made a completely new drink for me in the drive-thru. Nice people.

This review gets one star because zero isn't an option. Stopped in to this (Sparks) location after doing shopping at Target. When we first walked in, I was a little put off by how messy the store was. We were greeted by a very unhappy employee at the register with "what do you want?" There was no other words spoken by her for the entire transaction and it made us feel very unwelcome. After sitting down at a table, I could see how desperately this location needs to be cleaned. Overall it was an unpleasant experience.

One thing for certain, the food is the same no matter where you visit Dunkin'. Unfortunately the staff at this location seemed to be quite miserable, except the one guy that was doing everything while the rest stood around watching, gossiping and looking as if they'd rather be anywhere else.
