I bought the 3 piece thigh & leg meal with broccoli and pinto beans. The chicken was overcooked-dry on the outside. The broccoli was starting to spoil and was undercooked. The pinto beans were good, but that’s really not what I’m paying for. This is the worst El Pollo Loco experience I’ve ever had. After reading the reviews on the Prater Way Sparks location I can see I’m not alone. Corporate seriously needs to get involved or just shut it down already.

I believe in when you're at work to have fun. But when you're having fun and you're screwing people's orders up for getting items in the order that's when you need to stop the fun because you're losing control. I order a double chicken bowl every time I come in to this restaurant. But when you pay for that and you don't get what you order that pisses me off because you're paying a premium for this food. When I write in to the customer service and nothing happens that pisses me off even more. That's the El Pollo loco in Sparks Nevada. Almost every other fast food restaurant when they mess up they make it right this El Pollo loco I guess thinks they're better than everyone else and that they don't have to make orders right. Just my opinion and rant overpaying for food that you don't get.

I placed an order. They gave me everything on my order was wrong.They miss some of my items. I called them and left them a message management. Coming back the next day. She asked me for a receipt. I sent her the receipt pictures of the food we agree.She was going to replace. It's the food that I was missing which she never did. She keeps calling me asking me the same questions over and over.With an attitude, she told me that she was not gonna give me anything we agreed on.Because the food. Was bitten

I had absolutely the worst burrito ever at the Prater way el pollo loco. I always order the same avocado chicken burrito as usually they are very good. The one I got today was about half the size as normal and tasted so bad I ended up not eating it. Maybe it is just the sparks location as I have never had food this bad from the other locations I normally eat at

We often have lunch here whenever we come to Reno/Sparks. We have certain requirements for our food orders and they have always been very good at accommodating our requests. You have a variety of healthy choices and they all taste great!

They don't give out lemons anymore, disappointing. Food is okay but not the same. When I'm working out in the field I'm not carrying a lemon with me rather just eat somewhere else.
