Bland food, average service, the floor needed a once over. Disappointing visit to this eatery. Ordered the BBQ pork sandwich, the sauce overpower the pork and the slaw was so bland it was affectively a side of raw cabbage.

If you are looking for a nice spot that the whole family will want to eat at, this is it. Greatful Gardens has a big menu that is accommodating for people who are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten intolerant. I went there for breakfast recently and had a breakfast burrito with the vegan option for meat. The burrito was a bit dry because I did not eat it with pico. I got sour cream, and it was perfect for giving it some moisture. I had the mushroom burrito last time I was there, and it was absolutely delicious. My friend got a grilled cheese and tomato soup. She was pleased with this choice. We also shared a waffle. It was absolutely delicious. I recommend getting one on the side with your meal if you do not get one as your main dish. The lattes are delightful. My friend has the turmeric one this time. I enjoy the chai one. I would also recommend the chicken teriyaki bowl and the Thanksgiving sandwich. If you like fresh juices, they have those too.
I was so happy to find a restaurant with fresh well prepared tasty food that's gluten free. I enjoyed it so much that I had breakfast there this morning and decided to go back for dinner. This was going to be my go to place for the next couple of days while I am Reno. I now need to find a new place. Not because of the food which was excellent but for my treatment this evening. My wife and I arrived and we greeted by the host. He greeted us and we asked for the front table. He told us that that table for larger parties. Felt a bit weird since it was 5:30pm and only 5 tables were occupied. During our meal another couple came in and were given the front table. Admittedly another person gave them the table. So at best it a training issue and at worst I was just treated like a second class citizen. I mentioned it to the host. He just looked at me. Then on the way out I said I would actually mention the treatment in a review and that he should let his boss know. He proudly and unapologetically said his name was "pablo". Perfect way to ruin my meal. I basically paid to be insulted. Never again.

Had a nice lunch here with two friends. Server was very friendly and helpful and the food was good. The prices were a little high, but we were able to take advantage of half off appetizers, which we did, lunch was still $80+ for three of us, that included 2 desserts. Our only concern was two of the servers were seen brushing their hair, one in the food prep area and one near the tables. We voiced our concerns with the manager, who was apologetic and said she would discuss with the staff. I plan on taking my husband to lunch here soon.

Stopped in to grab a smoothie and tried the PB&J. It was so good! I did not expect it to taste as good as it did and the ingredients were so simple. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE. I recently discovered i cannot have Gluten and thought of this place right away. i ordered a burger patty on a gluten free bun with JUST lettuce. they couldn't even get a simple order right. it came out, with a GLUTEN BUN and pickles. i asked for a correction and again, the waitress got it wrong verbally and i had to specify AGAIN. It took another 45 minutes for my food to come out. i was never apologized to at all and the staff seemed to have friends in the store they were chatting with the whole time. My Wife got a luke warm grilled cheese that was rubbery and inedible. a very far-cry from the Reno Staple i used to love.Less about the customers now and more about opening new locations I guess.
