Authentic Korean dishes. We ordered the stone pot with bulgogi. It came out piping hot and perfectly crispy rice.

People over here are so nice and they're always making sure that your food taste good, the restaurant looks so clean, I would love to go back again! Our server was being so gentle and he was going every 10 or 15 min to check on us! I'm so happy with my experience here!!!

This restaurant has THE BEST KOREAN FOOD IN RENO. now keep in mind, this is reno so don't expect something straight from korea especially if you're korean. but out of all of the terrible korean restaurants we have in reno, this one is so amazing and tastes the most authentic, perfect if you've never had korean food before. the restaurant is owned by a korean family and they have such a variety of different options like tteokbokki, ramen, jjajjangmyeon, kimchi jjigae, etc. a nice clean restaurant with korean rnb music to keep with the vibe. and the service is always amazing. definitely recommend this place over bab cafe which is the second korean food restaurant we have, bab cafe only serves terrible unseasoned bibimbap, so don't go there lol. definitely come here it's such a safe space for me

Seemed like this was a family owned restaurant and I really wanted to give them a higher rating since I definitely had higher expectations for this place. The corn cheese was a massive disappointment. It quite literally was just corn and cheese with what seems to be like a complete lack of mayo. The banchan and galbi were alright (good smokey flavor) but the soups were on the blander side. I was expecting a deep rich flavor but the army stew tasted like hot spice water... Prices and service was definitely a +1 to this place. If I am in town and craving Korean food, I wouldn't be opposed to coming here. There is a ton of parking available in the lot and plenty of seating available when I came for dinner!

The food and the customer service was amazing. I can’t say what I ordered because I don’t know the spelling.. but it was delicious! The food was so full of flavor and that’s how it should be anywhere you go. Thank you Hana garden!

This is hands down, the best restaurant in Reno. The food here is always amazing and consistently well done. Also the family that runs it is absolutely the best!

Went here for the first time. Got army stew, it was warm and delicious. Serving was for 2, but feel like it can be for 4. The service is absolutely great and they are so friendly. Definitely recommend

Hana Garden is a cozy restaurant nestled in a Korean-centric plaza. Upon entering, you're immediately enveloped in a local and traditional atmosphere—not the fancy, modern, or fusion styles. The food here is what I would describe as "homestyle," lacking surprises in a good way. While the galbitang doesn't utilize the best cuts of meat and the seafood pancake falls somewhat short of expectations, and personally, I'm not a fan of the jjajangmyeon here, it's worth noting that in Reno, where dining options are somewhat limited, this Korean restaurant stands out. For that reason, I'd give it an extra star. Moreover, the prices are relatively reasonable. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a try after a full day of snow sports, especially before heading out for an exciting night in Reno's casinos.

Because we watched Jjajangmyeon Rhapsody on Netflix last night, we both craved Korean food today. It has been a while since we have been here. And yet we frequent the HK Market next door. Quality/Quantity - We ordered both the dishes from the Netflix show, lol. BTW, the show was good - If you like to learn about the dishes, I suggest watching. Jajangmyeon - Good, generous sauce. But I could have used much more meat... The Netflix show showed how to make the sauce from scratch rather than the store-bought pre-made sauce. Jjamppong - Better of the two dishes. Generous seafood. And the spice was perfect, made to order. My wife asked for mild spice. Two side dishes, banchan - Kimchi and pickled radish. I would have liked the kimchi spicier. The radish was perfect. I was worried about not having enough food, but we left full. Lunch specials available, see picture of menu. Atmosphere - Hard working family run business. You have done a great job with all your food pictures throughout the restaurant, both inside and outside. Open 6 days a week from 11am or noon until 8pm or 8:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Good. We got helped by almost the whole family. I believe the wife is the cook...? Price - $32+ tip. Reasonably priced, especially for Korean food. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success for the last 7 years, and to the previous owner's success 8 years prior. We have been coming here since the previous owner.
