These are still the best fresh made Mexican fast food tacos in this area. I prefer the Jimboys on Sullivan because of their attention to detail--their food is never just thrown together, and thrown in a bag!! Great job folks. I've never received anything from this location that wasn't excellent until today. I ordered 2 ground beef tacos, they were literally dripping with grease. When I tried to pick up, the tortilla broke apart because it was so greasy. No way this was an accident. It was obvious that whoever put these in the bag didn't care what they were handing out.

I had the fish tacos/ bean taco/ queso fries/ bean burrito/ vegetarian burrito it was all very tasty. I would highly recommend the fish taco ? my favorite of everything I ordered.

This is the spot! There is no other Jimboys location in town that compares to the food prepared at this one. Trust me, I have tried them all! The only thing that sucks is they close early and aren't open on Sunday. Either way, we would rather wait for this one to be open then eat inferior burritos and tacos from any of the other locations.PS, please reconsider your schedule! ?

I used to love this But the decline is terrible. When I asked if they had Pepsi or Coke they were very excited about the Coke I don't know what that was all about.. The meals I got were nothing like what I was expecting to get they were like thrown together like they didn't know what they were doing

We're from California and we do not have Jimboys where we live. We have gone to a few when we're in Reno and honestly did not like the service but the food was okay. This time, we went to this one, and the lady was super nice, caring, and sweet. Our food was hot and fresh and had to order more. The cook was also nice and cared about the food he was making. I have saved this location and will be coming back to this location when we're back in Reno.

I love the food at Jim boys, the guac is always on point but the customer service is absolutely horrible not only at this location but also two other locations in Reno. The employees are always so rude every single time. I speak to employees with respect and manners and the employees always seem to be in a bad mood and very dismissive, just straight up rude. They seriously need to be given better training on how to speak to customers

I am so incredibly frustrated with this location. The customer service is usually very good. However, I can never rely on this place to be open. I have never been dealt with a restaurant that consistently is not open during their normal business hours. Tonight it is posted that they are open until 9 pm but they were closed 30 minutes prior. On several other occasions they have been closed an hour before closing or just closed for the day (happened on 2 separate occasions) with no notice on the door or drive thru window. As mentioned earlier, the customer service is often very good but they are so inconsistently open that I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Had to wait outside of my car forever it was too hot to run the AC without overheating my car I've never had to wait that long ever in the 19 years that I've been going there

TERRIBLE. I waited in the drive-through longer than I’ve waited for my dad to come back. They took my money, got my order wrong, got mad when I asked to order guacamole. They also got upset that I dared to ask for a refund when they gave me rice instead of fries. Then they didn’t give me the refund, and so I never came back. Don’t ever come here is terrible’s food. I would give a 0 star rating if I could. *thumbs down*

We're from California and we do not have Jimboys where we live. We have gone to a few when we're in Reno and honestly did not like the service but the food was okay.
