The woman working the drive through was very kind and engaging (dark hair blue streaks). Only negative thing I have to say is please train the employees (for every location because this has happened downtown as well) how to cut an unwhich in half. They say it’s not possible and I know it is, I did it for four years.

Food is decent. The rest, not so much. They have a giant shelf unit for pickup orders, easy for them to place orders on, but insist on not using it. They instead want you to stand in line to get your order, I'm not sure why. It is so easy to place these orders on the shelf, I don't understand. In addition to this, they don't even update online orders to say they're done til hours after.

Every time I order from this location specifically, whether it’s through DoorDash or online they always cancel our order. How is this establishment is able to stay open with inconsistent hours and cancelling customer orders. I will be seeking another jimmy johns establishment.

Quick and nice service from the staff here at Jimmy John's. Their produce is some of the freshest I've had at a sandwich shop and they are quick to get your order to you. I love ordering from here for my work crew too and so does the crew.

Go to literally any other jimmy johns. The service here is absolutely horrible.Also, why is there no option to get a refund on the app? These dummies gave me the wrong order and then closed the store 3 hours earlier than your own website says it should be. So I'm just out of luck on a refund or getting my food corrected? I would like my tip back as well. Obviously, it wasn't deserved.

The sandwiches here are usually pretty good, but the service (especially at drive thru) is non-existent. Literally. The last 2 times thru here I've just pulled away and left because no one ever serves me. When I pull through I see people in there working, but I can't sit in the drive thru at the talk box for 6 mins and never have anyone even say "hi." Guess I'll find a new sandwich place.

Asked for no Mayo and got Mayo. I hate mayonnaise and said I want to make sure there's no mayo. My sandwich was for a road trip from Reno to Vegas. How do I get a refund?

While some with a more refined palate, who're used to Michelin dining, may call Jimmy John's a pedestrian sandwich chain, I'm a fan of their vegetarian sub. The Number Six.What does it have in it? First, they scoop out some of the bread to make it a skinny sub. Good crunch to the exterior of the bread (texture is extremely important). Mayo, avocado spread, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers. You have to ask for oil and red wine vinegar. And a dash of dried basil and oregano mix.Perfect. Michelin, give this pedestrian chain a star for their not-so-pedestrian sandwich.
