Very slow service. Wait time to take and give the order takes almost 15 minutes..

***Note: They don't have a sign up notifying that they charge if you use your card, but they will. Bring cash to avoid that fee. ***My family and I have been in at least 6 times in the last two weeks, and I'm not sure if that's the only thing that was charged to our cards and you should check your receipts as well. Tonight was the first time I noticed it. I don't feel it's right that any business does that without a sign up. They have a sign posted, "If you or your kids break anything, you'll be charged," but they fail to notify you that they charge you for their card fee. We stopped in for mangoes this evening, and they were out. The lady said we could come back tomorrow, but we wanted it today. I opted out for Med #20 juice smoothie. My hubby ordered an esquite for himself, an elote for my son and a large Raspado for my daughter. There was a couple behind us, and they received their order before us. I'm hoping next time we don't wait this long for a few items. We've had bigger orders in the past and haven't waited this long. I'll be sure to have cash and ask for my receipt every time from now on if I return.

I’ve been to pretty much every esquite place in Reno and this place is by far the best. I love the women in there. They’re always very nice and they know my order by heart when I come in:)

I love this place! Where I am from they sell corn and shaved ice with the carts and the cut up fruit on the corners. Since I moved to Reno this place has been my spot. It's really a home away from home. They serve ice cream, fresh fruit, corn, shaved ice, smoothies, popsicles, tamales, and more. They speak Spanish and English. Their seating area is a good size. But my favorite thing to get here is the nachos. They do it right. Best ones I have had thus far.

They are never open. I have tried at 1pm, 5pm, 6pm. The fruit was good but its always a guess as to whether they are open or not. Waste of time.

Worst service ever. I waited over 30 for them to make me the wrong drinks. When I asked for the correct ones, the lady said that’s what you asked for so that’s what you got. I repeated, they got it wrong. I paid $16 and just through them in the trash. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I was looking for some healthy options rather than all the fast good things. Loved that they have some options with fruits. Which is great as vegan and vegetarian options. On top of that of course the healthy choices with smoothie and other drinks. I want to give them kudos for letting us have the option. Although, they can work on their customer service, specially the non Hispanic customer who neither speak Spanish nor understand the foods they have. If they can do a better job on that that would be a plus for them.

They aren't open at 5 pm even though it says open until 8 pm? Waste of time.

I ordered the Tostitos locos and was sad that the majority of my chips was all cueritos and 5 chips. The chamoy they use tasted old, and the pepino tasted dirty. But the agua fresca de sandía was very good. the lady who helped me out was very kind, but however the antojitos here are not that great, it was a bit pricey as well. A lot of the snacks they sell here are what I would buy in Mexico, however the ingredients they use here are not that fresh and not spicy at all
