Ordered egg rolls to go for party. They were good. Best if you speak their language. Hard to order on phone or even in person. I love Filipino food and wish we had a good restaurant to go to, not take out. One open for dinner too.

The food did not look fresh or even warm. We were not greeted the almost 5 minutes we were there. The person was not in front. The bakery items were also moldy. No thank you.

The grilled bangus, pinakbet, fried tilapia and alpahor is soon good!

Rude and poor customer service. Took 5 minutes just to greet us and nooone else was in the store. Especially the woman with short hair, my elderly Father was making small talk and she was very curt and dismissive. We wont be going back there.

They did not update their store hours on the google maps. Drove for 2hours then it is closed. It says they are open til 6:30 arrived at 4:10 just to tell us they are closed at 4:00.

I have 2 experiences with this bakery.. My first experience was over the phone.. I called and it rang a few times and when someone answered, it was unprofessional and I can tell I was on speaker.. They answered the phone with just a "hello" so I wasn't even sure I had the right phone number.. they were yelling to talk to me and kept asking me to repeat myself. I gave up and just went to the location to get some questions answered. When I got there.. I walked straight out. Place was so small, over crowded and can barely move. There was about 1-2 other customers in there. I was not greeted. It was poor lighting and not well ventilated...

We tried going to this place twice from So. Lake Tahoe. The first time on a Monday, only to find that they are closed on Mondays. Hours were not updated and called, but no message or anyone answering. Second time on a Thursday, only to friend that they DO NOT make any bakery or hot food items - only on Saturdays.Their so called "market" was very disappointing having only some "junk food items" such as shrimp chips and prepackaged pastries. We wasted time and gas for disappointment. Not worth it unless you are a desperate Filipino with no other viable options in this area.

I want to complain about this bakery . I ordered a lechon belly on thanksgiving day so that was yesterday.. I'm very disappointed when I picked up the pork belly n took it home it's not cooked inside ... pls don't order this kinda a food., I can report this to the health department that they are serving raw food..,,I want my money back.,, I want to speak with the manager or the owner of this bakery! Pls don't go to this store.

It was ok, needs more flavor though. The mother attended to me and she was really nice. The other one there, I think daughter or daughter in law, didn't even say hi and just stayed there making the old lady work! She seemed rude. Good thing the old lady is there because if not, I think that place will die.

Horrible customer service. I went in today and asked to order lumpia to pick up tomorrow or Thursday. The elderly lady wouldn't even look at me to talk to me. Told me she couldn't make it because they ran out a couple days ago and wouldn't make any more. The whole time she was talking to me, or barely talking to me, she was rolling lumpia while putting her fingers in her hair and wiping her nose. I don't think I'll ever order from here again. What makes me irritated is I've ordered from them many times in the past, and never encountered this before.

We passed by this unassuming, little Filipino Bakery in Sparks; the space was tiny, there was barely enough room for three customers to line up but what it lacked in space it made up for with inventory. This places boasts a slew of ready-to-eat, to-go dishes. When we dropped by the hot dishes you can order for take-away were whole fried milk fish, curried squid, "sinigang" (which is a vinegar based pork stew) and massive vegetable eggrolls. They also had frozen pre-packaged foods like the most massive siopao or Xia Bao buns I've ever seen in my life, stuffed with either shredded chicken or pork. The bakery also sold other Filipino sundries like snacks and canned goods. Best of all, they sell Filipino lechon (slow roasted pork belly) and the cashier said they need at least 3 days notice for non-holiday orders; a few weeks notice for orders placed during major holidays because there's limited space to cook the lechon. The cashier was really nice and very accommodating. We will definitely have to pay this place another visit.

Their food is ok, some days were good and some days I visited were bad, doesn't taste freshly baked. And as I understand a lot businesses are short staff after covid, but it doesn't means you have to be rude to customers. Never understand why people in service industry with bad attitude, that's just sad. Won't support this kind of business personally. Guess I have to always drive to Reno for a good and family friendly bakery.
