The kid area is great but the staff did not attend to it not one in the two hrs we were there. The manager older lady was yelling at staff from across the room. They want tpu to check in at the kiosk and then they will help. A little girl ask for water and a curly haired guy acted like he never heard the word water. Another employee had to give her a cup. All the while he was still watching and processing water water cup was.

I don't know why I keep going to this Mcdonalds, because they always disappoint me. Every time I order something, they get it wrong. They either forget something, or add something I don't want, or give me the wrong size. The ice cream machine is always broken, so don't even bother asking for a cone or a shake. The fries are soggy and cold, and the burgers are dry and bland. They never have enough straws or napkins, and the ketchup dispenser is always empty. The staff is rude and careless, and the place is dirty and noisy. This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself some time and money, and go somewhere else.

The worker who took my order looked like she couldn't be bothered to count the cash that was handed over, and she rudely threw the pennies that I gave on the counter. Food should be free if this brat (who should be fired) or anyone else doesn't want to deal with some valid forms of payment!
