0 stars.black kid they have behind the counter watched me walk in, then walked off picking his nose and stood by the napkin dispenser for several minutes performing person hygiene while me and others stood there watching and Waiting on line. No one ahead of us, no one Checking out, girl standing at the register starting into space. Disgusting. Do not recommend

It was terrible. Walked in and dude with curly hair and girl at front desk gave terrible customer service. Guy served me poor amounts even tho they had plenty food and it was 20min prior closing and the girl gave me attitude because I couldn’t decide quick enough what was going to be my second meat. Felt rushed and not served right. Panda Express has always had the poor portions unfortunately but today the addition of attitude and poor food portions did it for me. Not to mention the girl rolled her eyes. Fix your staff Panda, at-least the ones that represent you upfront serving costumers. If you want to keep poor attitude, keep that in the back at-least. Most likely won’t be stepping in this location any time soon.

We order our food and we were waiting for an hour for one food item and it took them an hour to get our food together. It shouldn’t take that long to give us the food

Horrible customer service. We ordered our food through the app to pick up and make it quick and easy. Our food sat at the pick up shelves for over 20min because "they didn't receive our order" but it was done and ready to go on the shelf. Super annoyed. Food is cold. Not happy. Figure it out guys.

the past three times i’ve gotten food from here it’s been wrong. the first was a mobile order, i always get chow mein and orange chicken. for some reason they keep giving me the wrong stuff. never do anything about it and they’re rude the order of cream cheese Rangoon‘s is supposed to be three of them and o always only get two or one. i’m so over it. waste of money

I arrived at 1:45 pm, well after the lunch hour. Even so, my food was all fresh, hot and delicious. Every staff member was very friendly. The tables were cleaned immediately upon a party's departure. One little boy spilled his rice all over the floor. The minute the family left, the floor was immediately swept clean. Great staff and excellent management! I will stop in again when I am in the area.
